Battery won't start

Bought a few months ago and just tried to use it for the 1st time. The battery is not working and won't take a charge. The battery is dead.

Inverter was easy to hook up to propane.

I received the generator a week ago and have done the break-in and looks like it will work great with our camper with the 30 amp outlet.
