I bought this generator for size, noise, and power rating for handyman work and if power goes out. Everything needed came in the box. Got it ready and it started on 5th pull. let it run for about 30 minutes twice already for part of the break-in. It is quiet and will power what I need it for.

Bought 2 after I retired 10/01/2021. Didn't use until 3 days ago when the power went out. After hour 6 I went to the barn and got out one out of the box. Twenty minutes later the Frig and Freezer were back to normal temps. Set the other up 15 minutes later.

This generator is just what we need for the days our local electric company decides to shut off our power for fire safety reasons (PSPS). They are also upgrading the power poles (very slowly, over years) in our area so we plan to use this on the scheduled outage days. It's quieter than we expected and will run our fridge, modem and a few lights when we'd otherwise be in the dark.

I bought this at the end of January and this weekend had a chance to test it out. I first watched a u-tube video and that was pretty helpful. But the instructions were very well written so that was not an issue. I like the fact that it is very quite and is rated to be able to handle regulated voltage that computers and other electronic equipment may need. Glad I have not needed to use it yet, but it is ready for when I do!

I bought this a week and a half ago. Took it out to test and it worked perfectly. It's mind blowing how quiet it is compared to our old generator. I also love that it's compact and light weight. I am prepared and ready for the next power outage on the Gulf Coast.

We purchased this generator to power our travel trailer camper when we do not have hook up. It's very light and has easy to read fuel level and draw indication. It's a little louder than I expected, but still way quieter than any generator I've used before.

Recieved promptly, and was able to unbox and set-up in 10 minutes. The generator started with the first few pulls and ran great. The sound level is very quiet, better than I expected. Only ran it for 2 hours so far but it has meet my expectations.

I have been using my iGen 2200 for a year now and it has proven to be very reliable. Now I have the iGen 2500 for just a little more wattage. When camping it runs my little AC unit, refrigerator and lights all night long without having to add gas. My little red generator runs out of gas before daylight. Great quality and price.

My first Igen purchase was 5 years for the 2000ixlt. It's still running strong and continues to start on one pull. We use it for camping and only done the recommended maintenance. I wanted another for home use and added power during potential blackouts for the upcoming fire season here in Northern California. The Igen2500 should power the refrigerator and freezer with enough to spare to run some lights, tv and computers. If I need more I still have my trusty 2000 (actually puts out 2200). Today it arrived and I did some tests. First I filled with oil, then treated gas (always because of sitting between uses). Then pulled the engine through a few times to lubricate and until compression. A strong pull and it started on the first pull. Hurray! After warming up, I put a 1500 heat gun on to check accuracy on the data display, right on! Plugged in my circular saw and ran both and it maxed out just above 2200 watts but held the load with voltage at 122v. I like that unit only weighs 2#s more than the smaller one and the physical size is the same. Another bonus is it is slightly quieter than the 2000 I think due to more sound insulation. The only drawback is the gas tank is a little smaller, but not enough to create an issue. All in all, Westinghouse did an excellent job again in the design of this model.

Purchased in Aug 2022 finally got around to taking it out of the box to check out. Following instructions served unit with oil provided and filled with clean fuel. Found unit very hard to start and would only run smoothly when left in chock position. I even allowed the unit to run through the tank of fuel hoping it would straighten itself out didn't happen and not happy.
