Love the quietness of this IGEN2500. Had a few issues with it upon receiving this unit, but customer service was quik to resolve them. Would have rated this generator 5 stars if not for the issues from right out of the box.

This unit is well built, after adding the oil, and fuel high octane 87 gas it started at the first pull and delivered 123 Volt. Quiet, easy to start.After using it for a while I find it's a great piece of equipment.

Just bought this and the shipping was very fast. Nice size, very easy to move, and not very noisy at all. Lets see if I get my covers as fast as I got the actual generators. Great product and would but again.

Unboxing was very straight forward. Instructions were simple enough and it fired up fine. Ran for 15min, put a toaster load on it and initial impression was just fine. Now on to integrating it into our backup plans.

I recently purchased this because of all the power outages in my area, and although I have not had to use it yet, I am very pleased with all the features it offers. I compared to several other generators prior to purchasing.

I just bought this from a private party that he had only used it once. I like it be cause it runs quietly. It starts right up and works for my 1875W hair dryer.

Compact, quiet and well-designed. The access and spark plug panels are awkward to get off but no big deal. I love this unit. Best users manual for any product I've ever seen!

I got this to keep the boat batteries charged when camping. Filled it with oil and gas and it was running on the second pull. It's storm season in Kansas... I may use this before camping.

This is my 2nd IGen 2500 purchase so can parallel to one bought few ago. They always work perfect and easily start (I use pure fuel only to avoid any possible problems)
