I tied to start it first time but it's giving me a hard time to start. I finally gave up and will try again over the weekend, size wise it's really good

Just got this at a great price. It started after 3 or four pulls. I like the display with the load information. It helps you know just how power is available

Want to use on camping trips. Smaller, lighter and a lot quieter than our current generator (another brand). Good features. We have high expectations for this model.

Love the quietness of this IGEN2500. Had a few issues with it upon receiving this unit, but customer service was quik to resolve them. Would have rated this generator 5 stars if not for the issues from right out of the box.

Finally unboxed this, filled oil, filled gas first pull started up and has been running for over 8 hours. Quiet, robust unit so far, very pleased with unit
