Followed the instructions, and generator started right up on the 2nd pull (hooked up to propane tank.) Easy to add oil. From instructions, looks like everything is easily accessible for servicing. Generator runs smoothly, and is very quiet (especially in Eco Mode.)

We bought this inverter generator for our travel trailer as we wanted something that was light/portable and has dual fuel options. The set up instructions are clear, and there are no manufacturing defects with the unit. It looks to be well made. It started up on the first try, and we are finishing up the burn in period this week.

I bought the generator and have used it on a project we are working on. I followed the manual on the oil change and have been totally impressed with the operation and features it offers to the user. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone.

The unit seems like it is put together well. I like the features and the price point. One problem though. My unit will not shut off with the selector switch. It came like this new out of the box, which was disappointing. I have to wait for the fuel line to run out of fuel before the unit will shut off. The warranty department has been prompt and helpful. The closest service center is a half hour away, which isn't great. Hopefully this will be the only issue.

The generator came with everything needed to get started. It's light weight, but powerful enough to run my rv and one ac unit. I like that it has a 30 amp rv plug receptacle. It has a gas shut off valve and it's also easy to drain the carburetor for storage.

I used a one of these, that belonged to a friend, after a storm causing a power outage. This generator ran for over 7 hours without refueling. Never did it seem to bog down when we plugged stuff in. It did not even hiccup with 3 refrigerators and freezers plugged into it. We added lights kept on purring. It was so quiet and and 1 pull starting. Love it so much I went and bought one for a insurance policy that I will never need one again, but if I do I know I have one that will do the job!

We bought this for backup power in case of a power outage. Luckily we haven't had to use it but I did start it up and went through it's features. I found it to be very well built, compact and easy to use. The directions were easy to follow and the display was easy to understand using the directions. Excellent product for the price.

simple set-up, clear instructions; Impressed with overall performance. having used Westinghouse generators for power washing for years, I will say this is a very nice surprise Simple, compact, and pleasant to the ears but most important to me was it's load management.

So glad we went with this inverter. Needed power source for our wedding in the mountains, and chose to give this a try. Set up was very easy, had it up and running in no time. It handled what we needed with ease. Powered a stereo for hours, and provided charging for all of our guests and a camper overnight. Was really surprised by how quiet it was, pretty much forgot we were using a generator, though 50 people were celebrating for hours about 20 feet away the entire time. Highly recommend to others.

This 2,550W dual fuel generator stopped working after just a few uses. Won't start on propane or gas, recoil is stuck, and it makes a loud rattling noise. Smells like fuel and feels unsafe to run. Clearly defective. I need a replacement unit ASAP—this one isn't usable and shouldn't have to be returned in this condition.
