I got these cards for Easter and now my people are telling me it has no funds in it?

It didn’t tell me I had or needed a pin?

I bought this for gifts for co-workers and when they tried to use them they were not activated

While I tried to purchase the gift cards, I would get to the sale, and it would charge my card and then reject my payment.  I had a manager try and was told there is a problem with the gift cards and he couldn't sell me them.  They did however get charged to my card, but they put a credit back on my card.  Whatever was happening Sam's system would not activate the cards.  Disappointed.

Rethink for gifts:
These are cardboard cards that are stuck together with sticky dots. The finish on several of them tore when I separated them, which makes them unsuitable for gifts. Fortunately, all of the card numbers were still visible. Just seems odd that they would stick them together in such a manner.
