While its nice to have multiple small cards for gifts, the cards themselves are poor quality material. They are made of cardboard, and the semi-adhesive gel the use to hold the cards together was applied over the gift card numbers... when you separate the cards, part of the numbers are frequently ripped off too... 2 of the 4 cards I won't be able to give as gifts, or use with the online app because of this. Also, the cardboard will bend if you're not careful with separating them, making for poor gift presentation. There is also no denomination written on the individual cards - easily resolved with a marker, but annoying. Save yourself the hassle and get the plastic cards instead.

I have ordered these for the last several years as teacher gifts and this is the first year I have had an issue. When I tried to separate the cards from each other they tore in places, some even tearing where the card numbers are printed. I’d rather not gift the teachers torn up cards. Maybe they changed the card materials since last year.

Easy gifts for the holidays. Can combine with others, or put in a card. We have these on hand every year!

When we tried to activate these cards on the app and I get a message saying “this card isn’t active”

Can’t go wrong giving Starbucks gift cards. It seems that everyone enjoys them.

My kids were embarrassed when they went to use the card and there was a $0 balance.
