I am very disappointed with the Michelin Defender 2.  The 4 tires are rated for 80,000 miles.  However, I am experiencing uneven wear (feathering) on al 4 tires at 12,000 miles.  I have documentation to prove I have been aligning my tires at Firestone since the tires were purchased new.  The shocks and struts are new on my vehicle.  However, I am experiencing noisy tires, and the roads feel bumpy all the time.

Poor Reliability

I experienced a smooth drive with my new tires. Disappointed in customer service. I made an appointment to service for my tires.  It took 3 hours to put the tires on.  I went to the desk and a service appointment employee found my tires were done but I was not notified by phone while I had been waiting in the club.

Great tires poor customer service.
