The product seems to be fine. My issue is with the assembly company - GOCONFIGURE. I am having a horrible time getting it assembled. It is partially finish- after almost 2 weeks of waiting on a 2nd appt after their 1st tech did not show up. Now I am waiting on another time for them to come back and finish. Has anyone else had an issue with this company?

Bought my gazebo in February 2023 and as at April 2023 it's still sitting in my Driveway waiting to be assembled. The Goconfigure company is absolutely useless and a waste of time and money. They'll give you every excuse in the book to avoid getting you a "technician" who will assemble your product. THE ANNOYING BIT IS THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY ON THEIR PART. I say, by all means, buy the gazebo, but find your own means to assemble it. Thank me later.

A little more information about the orientation early in the instruction. I did not get the orientation correct on a item or two

We did our whole backyard around this gazebo and it is so nice. We could not be happier. Love this company.

We are really enjoying our new Gazebo. Glad we chose this model. It went together with ease and looks great!
