We were planning DIY assembly but decided to hire GoConfigure to assemble (through Sam’s Club app). The roof dips in the center. Disappointing since paid $799 for assembly and had no way to know this would be a problem.

I am very pleased with the quality of the Norwood gazebo. The direction were clear and unambiguous, the wood quality was excellent, the hardware quality was equally excellent, and most important of all, the predrilled holes all lined up well. Construction was as easy as could be expected for a large structure.

I just recently purchased this gazebo, and couldn’t be more impressed with it. The two Guys that installed it did an awesome job. My outdoor living space is more enjoyable than ever

I would like to say that we love our Pergola but I can’t. We bought this and paid for assembly, but we have yet to have it assembled. We had an appointment for May 16th and were stood up by the company Sam’s subcontracts out to. After 5 days of back and forth we have been given the run around by both Sam’s and GoConfigure. Nothing like prepaying for a service and getting nothing for it.

The wood is really bad quality, the structure is not steardy, the middle structure does not support the weight of the roof, it's actually bending. We are going to have to install support beams so the next hurricane that comes to the area does not destroy the bazebo. I regret ordering this structure. Not good quality. Wood was not cut to match, it was off in a lot of areas by an inch or 3/4 of an inch

This was a great purchase. I am very impressed with the well-built structure. Great company to work with.

Not too bad to put together....as long as you have a great group of friends, time and some patience.

I couldn’t have done it without the APP. 100% satisfied. Every hole lined up perfectly. I would recommend this structure to anyone.
