A little more information about the orientation early in the instruction. I did not get the orientation correct on a item or two

We did our whole backyard around this gazebo and it is so nice. We could not be happier. Love this company.

This carport is beautiful and very well designed. Installation is very tedious. You have to be willing to take your time. The Bilt app is great, however the roof rafters and soffit pieces are very confusing and it is difficult to tell which pieces go with which. I meased this up on several panels. The green plastic wrap on the metal sheeting takes an unduly long time to remove. It is a test of patience but the finished product is sturdy and attractive. It's a trade - off!

Just completed my Norwood 12x10 Gazebo. I was very impressed with the engineering. Took some time but went together nicely. Not one missing item. The notching, drilling and cuts are super accurate. The instruction manual is nicely drawn and very detailed. It was a fun project and looks great!

I have zero complaints, love the final product. No missing pieces, and instructions were easy to follow. You do have to be somewhat handy to put it all together, and if you dont square it up the roof panels will not go on right. That was the only thing with the set up i would warn people about. And it 100% is not a one person job.

We moved from Florida to Maine and we always had a screened in pool so coming to Maine with all the bugs we knew we wanted to be able to be outside in the nice weather. we were able to screen this in and enjoy being able to eat outside. This fit perfectly on our deck and quality is outstanding

Given the global logistics issues, it is understandable that this China-made product will be delayed. But the delivery issues were "last mile" with the US-based group. Once we got it, though, we were very pleased. The materials are good quality, instructions are sufficient and parts labels are very helpful. It does take a few strong people and at least 10 hours to assemble, so be prepared. The product support, including an app, seem like an advantage, too. We hope to enjoy this for a while.

This is a great addition to our backyard. It gives us plenty of shade in the SC heat. The interior allows for a host of add ons for your liking such as mounting a TV, adding shelves, or adding hanging decorative lighting. I wish I knew the exact brand and stain color for the gazebo in order to prepare to restain when necessary in the future. This project will take a minimum of two people to complete by the way. I had another friend help me, but we are construction savvy. We have also purchased the grill cover style gazebo. I suggest it as well to match this gazebo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a carport and this is a great size and value. The top is durable for all season weather. When not a carport we can use for shade to grill and setup for family gatherings. You will get a lot of use out of it, that is for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in March 2023, had ot 8 months and love it. Not only does ot look beautiful but it's sturdy. It has made it through 70 plus mile an hour winds, terential downpours and a hail storm. It still look brand new. Highly recommend. It definitely takes at least three people to put together
