I bought one on Black Friday promo, but then decided to buy two more. The latter order was canceled with no notification and no reason given.

Placed multiple orders that kept getting cancelled. Never received any gift cards even though the item showed as in stock and available.

I ordered and was waiting for the email. 27 hours later I got an email that said "your recent order had been canceled". No reason why.

why cant they just send to email rather than shipping it out ?
