I have a big family and we are really busy so finding quick, convenient meals that taste good has been a challenge. We really liked this Members Mark seasoned pulled chicken. Instead of seasoned though, I would say smoked. It had a good light natural smoke flavor that wasn’t too overpowering. We used it on salad, in wraps and sandwiches. It’s easy to add your own favorite sauce to and make a quick meal. It was a little dry without sauce so I would recommend adding something to moisten it up. Overall it had good flavor and I’d keep as a staple for a quick meal.

Overall I would give this product a solid rating because you can really taste the smoke flavor come through the chicken and when heated up, does taste like it came directly from the smoker to the plate. You have to be careful however to make sure that you do not overcook it as it will dry out the chicken and 99% of that Smokey flavor that is locked in disappears. Compared to some other products I tried I would definitely rank this chicken as one of the better, less processed tasting chicken and because it is nicely pulled apart, it is easy to incorporate into dishes like tacos or burritos. Benefits of buying this product are that it is fully cooked so it only requires heating up and it is ready to go into your sandwiches or even eaten on its own as a snack. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Full disclosure I received this product as part of a free sample program but I would definitely buy it in the future if the price dropped closer to 10 bucks.

I received part of a free sampling program. This was my first time trying pulled chicken and I might have to say I enjoyed so much! I cooked it 2 ways; 1. smothered on top of mash and by itself with my homemade coleslaw recipe and it was great. Defrosting in water took about 15 minutes and the meat was already seasoned so I really didn’t have to add anymore. It makes dinner time quick and easy!

I have tried many products like this in the past and none of them even came CLOSE to being these good. We prepared it following the conventional oven instructions and it turned out perfectly. If yours is turning out tough and chewy, you definitely overcooked it. (be sure to add in the water!!!) When prepared properly, the meat is tender, juicy, and packed full of hickory smoked flavor. We didn't find one fatty or gristly piece in the entire package. It is worth every penny in my opinion!

This was a great pulled chicken. For the price this cannot be beat. We were given this product and asked to review this product for an honest review. I have 3 kids myeslf and my husband in our house and this is a simple easy way to make dinner even when its a busy night. My husband and I both work outside the home so sometimes meals (especially dinner) fall through the cracks. The taste is great, heating it in the oven is better than in the microwave (as expected) but the microwave takes about a 5th of the time. I will be buying this as a meal option regularly! It is great as leftovers as well!

I got to try this product as a free sample - I am glad I did because I normally don’t buy precooked meat. This smoked pulled chicken was surprisingly good! Had a good smoky aroma when pulled out of the microwave and was when poured into the plastic tray it came with separated beautifully! We topped with BBQ sauce and it was enjoyed by the whole family…including the picky eater kid! The chicken can be heated in the oven or microwave. We chose the microwave so directions say cut 3 slits in package and cook 6-7 minutes. It was a quick and easy meal which will be purchased to keep in my refrigerator for those hectic nights when we need and fast good meal. There is also a lot of meat in this package once you dump it into the tray!

I received this product to try recently and I have to say I enjoyed it. I've made smoked chicken in the past and this meat comes pretty close to what I cook up. The smokiness and tenderness is what you expect in smoked meat. The instructions are very clear and if you follow them either microwave or oven, you will get great results. Add a bun and some BBQ sauce and it makes a great quick meal.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Being in Kansas City I have never once seen pulled chicken on the menu and now I can see why. Chicken gets gelatinous when it’s cold and this was just a big block of cold chicken parts shredded up. I got a slight smoky flavor when heated, but overall it just tasted like plain cooked chicken. This was not good as a barbecue sandwich. I found I did like it better in a homemade soup or to top a salad. Perhaps it would do well in a wrap? It was good for dinner in a pinch with minimal effort, but I can’t see myself serving this to my family again.

Pulled chicken isn't normally on our dinner menu, but this chicken was a pleasant surprise and will definitely be on our radar for future meals. We made sandwiches for four and used the leftovers on salads. It was delicious! The instructions were very clear on how to prepare, it took minimal effort after a long day at work - which was a nice change of pace! This chicken is great with or without BBQ sauce as it's seasoned perfectly!

This is one of the best pulled chicken dishes I have ever had form ANY store! It’s the perfect way to get the taste of spending hours and hours of smoking a chicken without any of the hassle. We used it on sandwiches and in quesadillas! Kid approved too!
