I purchased this because we love muffins for breakfast and I needed to replace a metal one that had seen better days. My mom always used Nordic Ware for her cakes so I knew it was a good product. I used it without oil in the cups and everything pops out of the pan beautifully. Very happy with this purchase

I have tried only the muffin pan so far, and I am impressed with the non-stick quality. The last time that I made popovers in my old pan I had to pry them out of the cups, despite having oiled the pan liberally. With this Nordic Ware pan, the popovers "popped" :) out effortlessly.

Wow! The non stick on this are amazing! I bought them for the muffin pans, but am enjoying the cookie sheets too. They cook SO nicely!

These pans are nice, however, I purchased this set because it offers a lid that fits both of the pans. That feature would be very handy/versatile until you realize it is not a well-fitting lid but just a cover. The lid does not seal, it is not air tight, and would not stay on if transporting. Who wants to have to tape it down to take it somewhere? So disappointed.

The muffin pan does not, but the quarter sheet does have PFAS.
