For a few years we have been drinking the Premier protein drinks and loving them. The root beer float is my personal favorite. This time when I opened the caps there was a thick congealed layer at the rim. It was on the liquid line, and on the cap. I shook the bottles vigorously but the thickened portion was still evident as I drank the bottles. This thankfully has not happened in any other flavor. My coworker has taken to straining her rootbeer float flavor through a tea strainer to remove the lumps. My bottles do not expire until next year, so freshness is not an issue.

These are the best! My Best Friend and I love these over all other protein drinks! Rich in Root Veer flavor! No aftertaste and very satisfying! After I had the Bariatric sleeve I have trouble with artificial sweeteners and stevia! With these shake I don't have a headache nor stomach issues! It said Limited time but please keep producing this flavor! I just order 4 cases and will continue to order monthly!

I absolutely live on this brand! Having lu er damage my doctors have advised a high protein diet. Woth Premier Protein I can easy get my 150gms in everyday. It is the perfect supplement to my fresh food diet. I Only wish rootbeer float wasn't going away, and I can no longer access favorite flavor, bananas and cream. Still, there are no Bad flavors woth Premier.

I use Premier Protein as a meal replacement, for a snack and to maintain the almost 70 pound weight loss I've achieved. I love so many Premier Protein flavors but root beer float is the very best and truly taste like a root beer float. I am pleased to enjoy such a wonderful treat! Never get rid of root beer float or I might have the write to corporate and have everybody be I know flood Premier Protein with emails of protest. I will do it! I use Cafe Latte in my coffee and like bananas and cream too.

I don't always have time in the morning to make breakfast, so I decided to try these shakes. They do the job and taste good, however, this flavor doesn't taste like Root beer to me. I don't mind since I still like the flavor, but keep that in mind if you are craving real root beer flavor

OMG...I saw this yesterday and it fell in my cart somehow! It is my favorite Premier Protein flavor now. I just wish we had bought more than one box! It tastes similar to root beer milk. If you crave root beer floats but don't want the sugar and fat, this is for you!

This is the best flavor I have tried! It taste just like a root beer float and it is so so yummy! It curbs those desires for a sweet treat but it is so much better for you. I really hope they keep it around as a regular flavor because I don't think I can go back!

This product tastes alright (not great but OK if you like rootbeer, which I do) but for lactose intolerant individuals it is absolute poison. Other flavors are fine but this apparently has some artificial sweetener that upset my stomach plus a whole dose of lactose.

I love premier protein shakes but this flavor was disgusting. The root beer flavor is only present when you first taste it. Then it turns into a strange vanilla flavor. The ending and the aftertaste is straight up Pepto Bismol - the thick pink kind. I couldn't even finish one shake. I will stick to Caffe Latte and Caramel

PLEASE BRING IT BACK AS A REGULAR FLAVOR! This is one of the best flavors. I have been consuming premier protein shakes for years and many are simply to sweet for me, but this one is really good, my favorite and I have tried all except pumpkin. I really would love to have this one available on a regular basis.
