Multiple filling options is a nice feature. I appreciate the night light so I can check level at night. Very quiet. Appears to raise humidity level 10-15 % in my medium size bedroom. Rest of house 18-20 % currently, dead of winter. Bedroom 30-32 %.

This was a gift for my Aunt. She told me it was easy to use. it works really well and is not too loud.

Easy to use and set up. You just plug in and fill up, no real extra steps like some others. We use distilled water and go through around a gallon every two to three days on the low setting running at night. It helped a lot when our toddlers were sick. Very happy. We did have a problem and one didn’t work when they were initially delivered but customer service sent a replacement as soon as I called them. I would recommend checking both units immediately only because we had this issue.

So, I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I had suddenly came down with a really bad allergy thing (or something having to do with my sinuses). Apparently, the increase in estrogen was making my nose stuffy at first.. but once I got sick, it got WORSE and I had tried EVERYTHING— nothing worked. Before all of this though, I was dealing with stuffy nose issues at night, I never can lay flat. But omg… I love this humidifier, I am literally obsessed with it. First of all, I love the size, love the design. The mist is so soft and soothing— I immediately felt relief in my sinuses. I love that any essential oil goes IN THE TRAY and NOT the actually humidifier tank, making it easier to clean, it can’t damage the material of the tank and it comes with extra pads to switch oils, if you want.. but I’m using eucalyptus to help open my sinuses. If you feel like a heated humidifier is too hot or not working, please try this one, and I really love the flow of the mist and being able to control it. It’s just a very nice humidifier, this will be the one I send to anyone looking for a humidifier. This is the best humidifier I’ve ever owned in my entire life. I’ve bragged about this thing to like three people so far and I just opened it last night. And yes, I will be bringing it up in conversation, even if no one asked. 🧍🏽‍♀️🫶🏽

A little disappointed in the design of the unit. First it is awkward to refield because it doesn't fit very well in a bathroom sink, also the little alignment arrows are small and on the sides of unit and not easy to see. No handles on water container for carrying when filled with water.

These tea lights look OK at first, but the wick is less than adequate for the amount of wax So the wick burns down and there’s still lots of wax left! Also dangerous because it may still continue to smolder and look like it is “out” when in reality it’s still lit 🔥 !🧐 Dangerous!

Product didnt work straight out the box. Called customer service, which was extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement. And the replacement item failed working after 2 days of use

On the 2nd week of using one it died. New cord from second one didn't work. I am a faithful cleaner of the transducer membrane. I have a previous homedics humidifier that is 10+ years old that still works. Very disappointed. How do i get a replacement?

I bought this in replacement for the older model and it stop producing mist today. This is the second time this design fails me. Contacting customer service and waiting for their response was like waiting the stars to fall. Not sure what is the next step to quickly get moisture in the house with such investment.
