I bought this the other day expecting it to be the same quality as the ones I buy elsewhere. Well I was wrong. It’s crazy because it’s the same exact brand I always buy. All of the cones were damaged, the chocolate was thinner, cones tasted stale like they got wet and refrozen. Even the caramel tasted watered down instead of thick. Also one of the packets were empty instead of having a cone it in. Just a packet of air smh…

The price on these is good for vending, and they're a decent quality product. The problem with these is that you never know how many of each flavor you will get. Vanilla is the most popular, yet you almost never get more than three or four vanilla out of the box of sixteen. Due to this problem, I end up having to sell another brand of vanilla in addition to these. Drumstick would do well to sell cases of vanilla in addition to the mixed cases to solve this problem.

Why is it all the Nestles drumstick ice cream cones seem to be broken or cracked no matter where I purchase them. They always seem to be cracked, broken. They never use to be like this when I was growing up. But now it seems like you can't find a box of ice cream drumsticks that aren't broken. With the price that Nestles charges you to purchase a box of these ice cream drumsticks, you would think you would get a quality product. What's up with that !

After I brought these home I opened one to find a strange yellow frozen goo on the side. The ice cream seemed too hard almost like freezer burn. The cone was soft like it was stale. The fudge in the middle wasn’t soft it was frozen like the ice cream. I opened multiple packs out of this box and they were all the same way. This was a 16-pack variety flavor.

The last two purchases of nestle drumstick https://www.samsclub.com/p/nestle-drumstick-variety-cone-16ct/177468 were both bad quality. The cone of all the ice creams have softened because of dampness, even when the cone was taken out of the fresh box

I love this product because the quality has remained excellent over the years. The ice cream is smooth and flavorful, the cone is crunchy, and the chocolate peanut topping is delicious. While most other ice cream products have deteriorated in quality, these are always as I remember them.

Out of 16 cones, 3 were caramel cones. That was the main reason for the variety box. They already have a plain box. This variety box should have more if the variety of choice. Family of 6 and I was stuck with a poor flavor, that is the reason for the ratng.

Im upset. My drumstick was wrapped upside down. Very upsetting, my world was near shattered upon this realisation. I can no longer support such sloppiness in these warehouses. Your quality control has went downhill unfortunately. I hope the next box I get is all wrapped correct, this is a catastrophe! I would hate to have to buy good humor… whats next are they gonna take the chocolate bottom away?

I buy the nestle brand always because there comes are fresh and other brands cones are super soggy and gross I bought the nestle 16 cones variety pack and they were not cheap and all the cones are soft n soggy such a bummer because the whole point of this brand and spending more was to have the satisfaction of it being crunchy and fresh
