Bought the new packaging last week on Thursday. It was terrible. The new design has open wrap and the ice cream was not as creamy as before. It has some frozen ice inside each wrap.

When taken out of the freezer the cones are soft the ice cream is hard but the cone part is very soft with the cone not formed the outside where the cone part ends isn't stuck down and it is soft. I bought this a few days ago and I'm totally disappointed. There are the worst ice cream cones I've ever had. I bought them in mid March and the expiration date is June. The nuts on the top of the cone were stale. They were chewy. The chocolate just fell off of the top and the cones just unraveled like a wet washcloth. Very soggy and chewy. Very disappointed.

These are supposed to be for vending, but you can't only carry these cones due to never knowing what you will get. Sometimes I'll open a box and there will only be two or three vanilla in the whole box. It's a shame, because they're a good product otherwise. They would be better though if the flavors were sold separately.

Bought this product a few days ago was very excited to share this with my family and friends at our event. But was very disappointed with the quality of the product. In other purchases I found the product to be very satisfactory but this most recent time, I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I have been talking up this product only to be let down in front of everyone. The cone was soggy like it had been defrosted and frozen again leaving the cones missing the crunch. The chocolate filling tasted like fake chocolate flavor not very appealing. This experience has soured me on the product and my nostalgic memories will be replaced with this incredibly subpar one. I hope this is just a one off instead of the quality going forward.

Picked up my order and when I got home (not even 10 minutes) I noticed that the box was ripped from handling...OK. When I picked it up the box is literally soaked and the cones I checked the ice cream is melted. I have them in the freezer and hopefully they can be used for the event tomorrow if the chocolate coating is intact. But I don't think anyone wants thawed and refrozen frozen treats.
