The price on these is good for vending, and they're a decent quality product. The problem with these is that you never know how many of each flavor you will get. Vanilla is the most popular, yet you almost never get more than three or four vanilla out of the box of sixteen. Due to this problem, I end up having to sell another brand of vanilla in addition to these. Drumstick would do well to sell cases of vanilla in addition to the mixed cases to solve this problem.

We buy at least 2 family size boxes of these every couple weeks and the last 2 we bought must have had a production issue. The cones were broken straight off half way up the cone. It made for very messy eating. We cut top off box when we put in freezer so not stored in freezer to be broken. Break was clean cuts so not sure how they would have broken so clean on all of them I feel like it had to be from something in production process.

Some of the drumsticks in the variety pack (at least 2 that I've found so far) were not fully sealed. Skimming the reviews, it looks like I'm not alone in having encountered this issue. So I assume (hope, really) someone's already "on it". In general I enjoy drumsticks and the caramel centered ones are my favorite. Which is why it was a big bummer that the 2 I've noticed which are not sealed are both caramel. I don't really want to be questioning food storage safety while eating. I'd appreciate if I could be reimbursed or get a manufacturers coupon for a replacement pack. It's a dark night of the soul when I have to toss out a caramel drumstick :/

We have purchased these from our local warehouse club often. Small but a nice frozen treat. Well about 3 hours after our lunch, I ate a Vanilla FUDGE Drumstick. Immediately gastric pains began and within 30 minutes I had awful pains and cramps followed by rushing to the bathroom and diarrhea. I have tossed the remaining 14 comes. 🤮

After I brought these home I opened one to find a strange yellow frozen goo on the side. The ice cream seemed too hard almost like freezer burn. The cone was soft like it was stale. The fudge in the middle wasn’t soft it was frozen like the ice cream. I opened multiple packs out of this box and they were all the same way. This was a 16-pack variety flavor.

Imagine my surprise I picked up a box of 16 drumsticks - exact amount I needed for an event 12 players and 4 coaches! Only 15 were in the box as I passed them out :( My kid passed so everyone else could get theirs and just said she was good and didn’t have to have one! There was 6 carmel, 4 vanilla and 5 fudge contained in the unopened box. I was so disappointed to be short - quality control was not done on this box!

These are junior sized cones, quite a bit smaller than they used to be. They also aren't ice cream anymore- they're a frozen dairy dessert. That means they use vegetable oil instead of milkfat (cream) and whip lots of air into the product to at least double the volume.

Purchase these EVERY time I come here. Never received a bad box. I pray 🙏🏾 I never get a bad box. Someone left a comment stating that the cones had melted, were soggy, ect, ect .... I was purchasing these from regular grocers. They come like 8 in a box. And are usually $7.99 I am so glad to have found these here. On this product, I am a satisfied customer with these.

I love this product because the quality has remained excellent over the years. The ice cream is smooth and flavorful, the cone is crunchy, and the chocolate peanut topping is delicious. While most other ice cream products have deteriorated in quality, these are always as I remember them.

I bought a variety box of drumsticks that come with vanilla, vanilla fudge and caramel. The vanilla fudge barely had any fudge in it and the cone was very soggy to the bite after it was directly pulled out of the freezer. Disappointed, these just don’t taste the same or have the same filling anymore.
