This computer seemed like a good value at first but I suspect it was carelessly damaged during shipping. It seemed well made and fast like my old HP but within a day it started to freeze up randomly. By the third day it was impossible to use. I will purchase another computer locally and pick it up myself. Obviously everything is shipped to retailers too but this computer had big problems almost right out of the box.

I got a great deal on this 2-n-1 laptop. It has plenty of RAM along with plenty of processing speed.

Bought this great laptop on sale and I love it! It's fast, easy to view, and has touch screen. What's NOT to love?? Highly recommend!

Am loving my new laptop. It is smaller than what I have been using. So easier to transport but has all the features that I need. The convertible features open up possibilities for presenting and made it easy to use during Zoom meetings.

I bought this laptop a year ago and wish I had warned potential buyers before now. This is an intriguing laptop value with a large touch screen, decent memory and 360 hinge (which I never use). But it is also a really heavy laptop. Unfortunately, the battery life is total crap and it was right out of the box. The advertised battery life is stated to be "Up to 8 hours and 30 minutes and with Video Playback Battery Life "Up to 11 hours and 15 minutes". 10]Just this morning, having been charging all night and with 100% charge, I turned it on, reduced the brightness to about 15% and the battery was completely dead in 64 minutes. This is the normal battery capacity! If you are not working with the laptop plugged in all the time, find a different model to purchase!
