[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally use my Buds2Pro for music and phone calls. The noise cancellation is excellent, when listening to music I'm fully immersed without background noise distractions whether indoors or outdoors. The sound codec is comparable to my APT X HD headphones (evenly balanced sound in the lows, mids, and highs). I've tried every galaxy bud besides the Lives and the SE'S, yet the Buds2Pro's are my main pick overall. They're excellent for phone calls as well whether standard phone or video calls. Low to no distortion, wind reduction filter works great. The seamless switch between my Galaxy devices is well implemented, especially when watching a movie or video on one device and responding to a call on another without missing a beat. Lastly the auto pause feature when removing the buds during music playback is a nice feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the galaxy buds 2 pro for about 3 years and they are by far the best earbuds I have ever had. The excellent sound quality and controllable eq on the wearables app are game changers as well. The long battery life with the pass through mode ensure I hardly ever need to take them out on the go, and the extremely good noise cancellation can handle even the loudest rooms. I honestly love these and highly recommend them to anyone looking for hands down the best earbuds.

The sound is clear and good. However, these headphones continue to fall off your years. Creates a terrible experience. Does not hold well. It is too sensitive to the touch. Sometimes it will just pause the music playing without me touching it. Extremely disappointed as these are my first Galaxy headphones. Finally, they do not even let you return them so that also was another bad experience and service. There is no trail period.

My only downside is that I have small ears so they fall out easily. I love the purple set I received as a gift. They hold the charge for a long time even if not used daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro when im traveling, I use them to listen to music or watch videos, the Noise Cancelling is the best, since there is too much noise in the car, the Noise Cancelling Blocks Every noise in the car, and makes everything sound better, and they are also very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to have a set of bluetooth headphones with sound canceling. I've tried a couple off name brands but decided to invest in these. I have definitely been impressed. I had my daughter try them out and she said they "creeped her out" how well they worked. The BT range, sound quality, size and fit are great. I was even surprised to find out they have a function that acts as a microphone so you can hear your surroundings better when you have them in. All in all I have been very satisfied and would buy them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my headphones in the gym. They are great at noise canceling and have great sound quality. They do however get hard to wear after awhile because they start to hurt your ears. I wish Samsung never stopped making over ear headphones.

Because of this it is at times quite annoying to use them because when I try to reposition them end up changing the mode. I find that the fit of the non pro buds2 has a better fit. Still love my buds2 pro.
