I've been using samsung buds now for 2 years. I've had 4 pairs.... I had the case on my desk and my 2 year old had gotten ahold of them. Now I have no way to track the case... very disappointing that Samsung will let you track the buds but not the case. Just IMO I think that was an extreamly poor decision on Samsungs part. But at the same time they know they are small and can be lost and they wanna make money on ppl losing them.. so disappointing I'm a father of 3 with a dead end job like I don't have the money to drop 170 to 240 every time I lose them!!!!!! I literally have to use these every single day now a week before Xmas I gotta try to scrounge up money to replace something that's expensive like times are hard enough. #SamsungWhatAreYouThinking?

We are not allowed to have our phones so this was a easy purchase for being able to listen to my music and answer if I get calls. I highly recommend these for anyone. I love my buds.

I found myself wanting to get headphones that I deserved. I gave in. I bought these and I can't imagine anything better, from auto connect to finding my lost right ear bud... OMGawwd!

Samsung hands down created a fantastic, durable, sturdy more than water resilient ear bud with with Pro 2 series. Not only did they charge after a day in a rice bag, but they worked like nothing touched them!! This is a need to purchase product!!!

The only issue I've really had is that when I switch between my music and phone call and then go back to my music, they sometimes give me static. If I put them back in the case and then back in my ears, they work just fine again.

I am able to take calls while communicating with technicians in the field and without charging them throughout the day. They fit in my ears without causing discomfort and now with the hearing boost feature they automatically mute other sounds so I can communicate with co-workers in the office without removing them. Buds 2 Pro are so good I've ordered a second pair. Thanks, Samsung!

But I also take phone calls in my car whenI'm driving and I don't want everyone else around to hear what the other person is saying. I also use them during zoom meetings which is when i use to noise canceling feature the most. They fit right in my pocket so.i can bring them everywhere. And i LOVE that they come in purple!

I thought I would have buyer's remorse, but I was thrilled with the purchase. You can plug them into any charger. I fried a few sets previously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is I can't even use them daily because I'm allergic to silicone & I never even knew I was allergic to silicone until I started using them, I tried changed the ear buds tips & getting Styrofoam tips but that didn't help either cause the whole ear buds are made of silicone, I still have them they're useful when I go to the gun range but I can't wear them for more then 2 hours cause my ears will start itching & become very inflamed from them unfortunately, I have super sensitive skin, so this is common for me, but i wish I wasn't, other then that, they are good
