Audio is easily better than competitors. The only thing that can be improved is the mic quality. It picks up lot of background noise and reduces the call quality. Noise cancelation is amazing, battery backup is good enough for a week's consumption. Charging is fast. GalaxyAI integration works well.

Calls and music plays great, and the Buds Pro 2 sync really well between multiple Samsung devices. Only issue are they are not the best for gym or working out. They tend to slide out if tossled too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With great everyday battery life, sound, and features; it is hard to find anything glaringly problematic with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Now with about 8 months of frequent use, I can honestly say that I'd recommend these to most people. Multi-tasking comes easily, for example I can join a call on apps like discord and Google meet while playing audio intensive games with seamless integration of conversation and game noise. With at least 2 hours of listening time on only the earbuds and 3-4 charges in the case, they are perfect for on the go listening; although keeping them in the ear for an extended amount of time can make your ears a little raw, as long as you don't over do it you'll be great.

They should open the fractional star values, because these are better than a 4 star rating, but they're not a 5... Which is unfair to these earbuds, because if you can find them on sale, they're a sold buy. I just can't say that they're the best choice. Unless you live in the Galaxy world that is. As for the sound quality, it's good. Balanced, with just enough bass enhancement to be pleasing. Unfortunately they never get loud enough to really enjoy sound quality. The design of them are pretty good. They are light & stay in your ears pretty well. Why they stayed in my ears, they were prone to move around on me. This is a problem though as should the buds not be sitting right in your ear, you won't hear any of the details of their balanced tuning. . The app will get you a fit tester that helps you combat it, but it's a process to get to for how often they will need refitted. It might have been something easily corrected by different sized tips, but they're no other sizes included. Then their is the touch controls, which with how much you have to readjust these buds, they shouldn't have when capacitive, because when I adjust the buds I'm either changing the noise controls or starting or stopping the player. Final verdict is they're good, but if not on sale... Wait.

Excellent sound quality allows me to get the most out of my listening experience and really immerse myself in movies and TV shows. When I'm somewhere noisy and need to focus, I turn on the Noise Cancelation feature and all outside noise just fades away. I absolutely LOVE my Galaxy Buds2 Pro!

They stay in your ears comfortably and the noise canceling is well done and surprisingly good compared to previous attempts. I love the test to verify if you're wearing them right, even though you can already tell for the most part when you have certain features enabled. There is a gaming mode and you can turn the features on and off easily. These things are amazing for their size and battery life. 100% recommend and look forward to future pro models because of how great these are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing my new S24 Ultra, I decided to also purchase these buds. The Samsung Buds Pro 2 are very well made with a small compact size and smooth materials. They are pretty simple to connect to a Samsung device, however, they are somewhat difficult to use the controls. The noise cancelling is good but not great. I own Bose earbuds and their ANC is much better. Overall not bad especially if you find them on sale. I recently received an AI update, I don't know what it actually does.
