There are a few options to help you get the best and most secure fit as well. This device does come with additional silicone tips in a small cardboard box that came in your packaging. You can also perform a fit test while wearing the buds in the Samsung Wearables App. Lastly if you are still experiencing the difficulty, we do have available foam ear tips that may help you get the fit you desire.
