My main complaint is no matter the tip I use I always have a "poor fit" rating with them. I feel like I'm constantly adjusting them. When I have a good fit I think they're outstanding. I've had ANC on other devices that were better but these are solid.

I bought a pair 11 months ago loved them, lost them wentvto buy another pair but the lavender was not available ad I loved them so much I bought the black. 2 months later I found the 1st set but could not swap them. So I have two blck and still want a lavender 💜 set. They are so easy to set up between the 6 other Samsung tv's, tablets, hones and cd layer.a must have.

I have sinus issues which sometimes causes issues with my ears, especially when listening to music, TV, or anything digital. I don't have those issues with these ear buds. I also have small ears that usually cause issues with other ear buds falling out and resulting in me having to hold them in my ears. I don't have those issues with these. These also don't cause me ear pain, like some others do.

They are clear and easy to work with. I could have them on for hours and won't hurt my ears. I will never go back to iPods again I am sticking with Samsung buds pro 2.

And the bud toxo nc2 last for 8 hrs so I finish my work with tozo I don't.need.to keep.switching unlike buds when the bud2 pro Now the bud 2pro I use it only at home.

Then as I experience my stylus pen it just made the phone even better. When I had my iPhone and then switch to Samsung I immediately knew I would never go back to using iPhone ever again. From running, to attending meetings or calling home. The only complaint I have is that it lacks the ability to connect to 2 devices simultaneously.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my buds! I use them for everything from work calls to the gym. I love the clarity and ease to go from call to listen to music. It's very convenient that I don't have to take my buds out to have a conversation (although sometimes with active noise canceling there's a slight delay). The one thing that needs to be fixed is the find my buds option isn't always available or working..which can be annoying when you misplace one. But the replacement options make it a bit easier. Also beware of the occasional bug during software updates. Otherwise I love and wouldn't hesitate to get another pair.
