With multiple sizes available, this will help to find the perfect fit. With the Buds2 and Buds2 Pro, you can use the Earbud fit test to make sure you’re wearing them correctly. From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Earbud settings, and then tap Earbud fit test. Put the earbuds in your ears and then tap Start to begin the test. Hi there Missy1156, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. We completely understand how important the secure fit of your buds is to your enjoyment and your ability to listen on the go. If you haven't done so already this device comes with additional silicone tips in a few different sizes to help best fit your ear. You can also perform a fit test while wearing your buds in the Samsung Wearables App. We have available additional conform foam tips compatible with this device if the silicone is feeling slippery to you. Lastly this device does have a find my buds feature if one does fall out while you are wearing them. This will cause the buds to chirp helping you find them under things. This will work as long as the buds have battery power and are in range to connect to your device.
