Great sound and comfort

Nice Charcoal color...BUT

The ANC feature being enabled, the volume you use the device at can both use more battery capacity. Anc and Bass are Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 2 pro has great anc and bass and i have no issue with battery life. The only issue I have with these buds is that the highs can get a little too loud and take over the mids.

Buds Pro review

Was not a great fit.

Great sound bad battery life and fit

This earbuds do not stay on my ears. Have to constantly clean them so they don't slip off. The battery life is horrible. Have to get them back to charging in less than 4 hrs. Only good thing is the sound.

We would be happy to share some tips on troubleshooting both the fit and battery of your device. With regards to the fit, this device should have come with additional silicone tips in a few additional sizes to help get a tighter fit in your ears. We also have available on our website, foam conform ear tips to help with the material slip you mentioned. With the battery life, you can extend the battery life by adjusting the settings. ANC feature uses more battery life than hear through or off sound features. We have also included a link to the Samsung Support Team if you believe the battery is not functioning as intended. Very good headphones!
