[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I use them while streaming music and movies. They were easy to connect to my Galaxy S21. The base and the sound quality are superior. The 360 audio is wonderful. The touch panels have are easy to use. I also love that it comes in purple. My only complaint is that they don't stay in my ears. Other than that I would ourchase again.

The quality is superb for music, videos, and games. The ANC is perfect, I use them on every plane ride I'm on to zone out and drift away into whatever I'm listening to.

I had high hopes for these Buds. However after trying to get them adjusted and seated in my ear it became impossible. From what I could tell the sound quality is good but if you have to worry about them staying in your ear or having them fall out while doing the simplest of things such as just eating is not worth it. I do not recommend them at all because of this main reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In all areas of sound and comfortability, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro is a hard act to beat; you truly get what you pay for. The sound is clear and crisp while its noise-blocking feature works properly. If comfortability is a must for you, then you can expect comfortability in their small size as well as light-weight material. Lastly, the battery is life is worth mentioning as both the life of the buds and its charging case last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds everyday. The sound is rich and loud. All the features are great. I love how you can turn-off the noise cancelation. The only draw back are the ear buds tend to move and eventually fall out. I've tried changing the size of the ear cushion but that does not help. Other than that and these buds are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds are okay. There's still quite a bit of latency for gaming would not recommend using for gaming. The noise-canceling works really well. Using them for music is it ok but nothing to write home about. The mic is usable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are some of the best I've owned in asthetic design and sound, but I wish they fit my ear more comfortably. I've adjusted the wings with not much improvement, and I've watched the instructional video which helped a little. I love the fit (due to the wings) of the older 'Galaxy Buds' a lot more. Overall these are great with excellent features and sound - I just wish the fit was better suited to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of buds that I've purchased. I use them when I'm working, when I'm cleaning, and also when I'm on phone calls. The sound quality is great and the buds looks and feel great. They are pretty tough, as well. I accidentally ran one of them over with my car and it still works and only has a few small scratches! I love that Samsung has an app that allows you to access and control all of your Samsung devices in one place. It makes it very convenient. You can keep track of your buds via GPS as well which is a really cool feature. The one and only downside for me is that when I wear the buds for a couple of hours at a time, they really start to hurt my ears and I'll get sores. Again, this is my first pair of buds so I don't know if that's just a common side effect of wearing any buds for an extended amount of time. This is why I gave the buds a 4 star rating. Everything else about them is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 pro are very comfortable with great sound. On the downside, they slip out at times so they have to be readjusted and the noise cancelling is insufficient even when firmly inserted. The noise cancelling needs to be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones I just bought them quickly out of the blue because I needed some, and I'm so glad I did. They sound heavenly and fit so snugly in my ears. The bass is perfect, and they are so loud, which I love! I love everything Samsung!
