[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me begin by talking about how incredible the battery life is, for such a small in ear buds. I use them while doing chores, while running, and when I need to be heads down with some focus music on. They never once fell out of my ear. I won't consider myself a true audiophile, and am by no means an expert in the technicals. More of an average user. I have the Matte black ones, and personally I think these are the best looking buds currently available. I live their ambient noise functionality, quick switch option to noise canceling and they are easy to pair with my Samsung phones. And they charge wirelessly! Samsung did a great job packing a ton of features at a very reasonable price. Definitely punches above its weight.

They sound amazing, feel amazing and the charge is even better. I charge them probably once every 3-4 days after 6-7 hours of daily usage. They hold charge like brand new even after one year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ergonomics - Great design and very comfortable. Can lay down on pillow while using these and not feel it is pressing. Also doesn't fall easily. Sound - Awesome quality, easy switch to one bud or the other if needed. Mic - The receivers all said the quality is good. Video chat experience - this is where it suffers. Could be software related. If using these to video chat, the other caller voice will randomly feel choppy and also cut out every 3 seconds. Very unstable. Had to switch over to my Raycon for every video call, unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds for everything and for the most part they work great. I wish the volume and clarity would last longer with use. I do clean my buds often but I find the volume to decrease after some time of usage. I prefer to use Samsung products, I just wish they last longer.

Sound is decent but a bit bass heavy. High frequencies get a bit noisy. No Bluetooth multi-point for a high end & expensive earbud is kinda ridiculous. Also for some reason the music doesn't pause after removing one earbud, only two. Touch controls are sometimes oversensitive to adjustments in ear. Overall satisfactory, but at this price point, it is somewhat lackluster in features and audio quality.

This was my first time experiencing active sound cancelation and it's mind blowing, the best way I can describe it is as putting the world on mute. Besides sound canceling it also does sound amplification and that just ups all ambient noise. You can walk through the woods and hear the sounds of leaves and sticks under your feet while wearing the earbuds. Absolutely love these features

They came out of their case too so it's not like it was shielding them. The sound quality is awesome and pretty good mic. Easy to access ambient sound vs noise cancelation and love that you can use the wearable app to find your buds. Overall a great product I would highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fit that they actually have they allow me to be able to go to sleep and still have the earbud in my ear even having oily skin in my ear the earbuds hardly ever fall out the only thing I wish I had was more hypoallergenic earbud pieces.
