[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My buds go with me everywhere. I love them. Especially the galaxy AI feature that links directly to my phone for dictating and requests. The sound quality is amazing. The only issue I have is the bud seals only come in 3 standard sizes so if your ear isn't the right size then they tend to fall out from time to time. Overall my galaxy buds 2 pros are awesome and I love them!

Great sound but ... - Earbuds often fall out when exercising (Google that issue) - even after trying all supplied tips. - After 7 months of use, Noise Cancellation broken - the Earbud Fit Test says left earbud 'Not in Ear' (Google that one, too ... cleaning and reset don't work and earbuds will have to be returned).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous Galaxy buds were a perfect fit for my ears. Galaxy pro 2 after a while falls off or during exercise they fall off easily old ones didn't do that I think battery life on the old ones were better than Galaxy pro 2

Listening to music is beautiful with these too.Only con it when the case drops anf hit something the headphones come out, I wish that was secured

Hands down though compared to my previous sonys although battery life is shorter. Active noise canceling a long with ambient is absolutely amazing. Phone calls feel as if the other person is right in the room with you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are good out the box. The base is crazy and the clarity is Insane. I literally traded in my sony MX4 for these and I don't regret it. Reason being is becaue I'm tired of hold those headphone around all the time. It was getting annoying. So I brought the buds and it had everything that the MX4 had but more sleek and simple.

Wearing them too long caused my ears irritation however. Well here we are with the Galaxy buds 2pro and these ones are lighter and fit better. Not fond of losing some battery for the ANC but it's a trade if because the ANC is amazing.

On a daily basis, I listen to music at work to help me focus on the tasks at hand. The ambient noise mode helps me still be aware of co workers who may need to talk to me and a quick tap stops the music and let's me focus in. When gaming, the noise canceling helps me focus in on communicating with my team and hear certain sounds in game to ensure I can respond in time

I would say there are two critics I have are the ear fit could be slightly better. I have had Galaxy Buds 2, and Buds 2 Pro, and the Buds 2 fit the ear slightly better. The performance of the Buds 2 Pro is hands down the best sound I ever had. They are clear and sharp with really good range.
