The ability to customize left and right bud makes the experience better. I like how the buds can seamlessly connect between devices.

They have great sound quality and if they're starting to sound a little off, a quick clean with some alcohol does the trick to restore them. I only have two complaints! The first being how fast the battery diminishes. It is significantly better than the Buds Live was though so I'm sure it'll only get better with time. When I first got them, I could use one bud for almost 9 hours before needing to switch and it only needed to be plugged in every few days. Now, each bud lasts about four hours and I have to charge the case every other day. The next complaint was actually a major selling point. The soft coating of the case! I love the way that stuff feels and looks! Unfortunately, it does not last long. The coating comes off with normal wear and tear and it no longer looks matte. It looks beat up. That being said, I am still completely satisfied with my Buds2Pro! I'll definitely be choosing Samsung for all of my device needs!

It has awesome noise cancelling and sound quality for music and with improved call clarity these are great entry level earbuds for even audiophiles. From my experience music sounds great on them. I live in a noisy environment so they are helpful to wear even while sleeping. I do wish that the noise cancelling got slightly improved but all-in-all they sound great and I am happy with them. I'll likely be getting the next generation once they are available for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the lavender colored Buds which even after being cleaned atleast once a week for the past two months have no fade in color or issues with the outer coverings. I use them nearly everyday for listening to audio books and music. As I work around noisy pool equipment I use the active noise canceling and loud volumes. When active I can mow on my zero turn mower and its noise is just at a whisper. Great sound and not to shabby bass response. Battery life on average is roughly 10 hours for me. The wireless charging is awesome and the ability to use my phone to charge when not near any chargers. As I work around water the fact they are resistant to water to an extent is wonderful without having to worry that I damaged another set of ear buds. The active noise canceling is great for noisy situations but the ambient sounds setting is great for when having to talk to customers or when needing to have situational awareness but still listening to my books. The change from active noise canceling paired with voice detection is a game changer for me when some random person starts trying to interact with me. Instead of having to change the setting back to ambient noise all I have to do is talk and the buds will automatically change from active noise canceling to ambient noises and will stay that way for ten seconds after the last time I spoke then switches back to active noise canceling.

They are great for listening to music (thanks 24 bit audio!) especially paired with best in class noise cancelling. I love taking phone calls on the go as well because it really picks up what I'm saying while muting out the background noise. Definitely a must have for other galaxy phone owners!

The only complaint I've ever found with them is that the protective mesh on the buds gets clogged up and is very difficult to clean. I ended up just pulling mine out. I understand the concept of them but it really diminishes the sound quality. But sense I've taken the mesh out over a year ago, the sound quality is still superb.

I have even fallen asleep with them and didn't end up with a sore ear like others I've worn. They stay in place well too, even when playing sports.
