[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the audio quality of these earbuds. I'm not a fan of how "slick" they are. They are kind of hard to remove from the ear vs the Galaxy FE buds. The pause/skip feature lags as well. It's not a quick as my previous Galaxy buds 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are such an improvement for the galaxy buds pro. They fit so much better and no longer fall out after extended use or workouts. The sounds quality is what you'd expect for a high end audio device. The features of Samsung ear buds make use seemless and easy. Perfect for everyday use.

Do not buy these. They are the most uncomfortable ear buds I've ever had. They hurt after being in your ear for about 5 minutes. They fall out. They are not made for people with average size ears. The bud piece is way too big for average ears. The sound is low. I am throwing them in the trash because that is where they belong!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love galaxy 2 pro, I had all of galaxy the buds. 2 pro is the best. Previous galaxy pro constantly was falling from my ears. Galaxy + over time will hert ear canals. Sounds galaxy 2 pro is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 2 pro have been great for me and my girlfriend. We both got a pair. We recently went on a road trip and these buds came in handy. The noise canceling was great to either listen to music or watch YouTube. I like the touch features for pausing and the long tap/ hold to change from noise canceling to ambience mode. You can even enable them to adjust volume by double tapping your ears. I do know they have Galaxy A.I. that enables them to live translate, but I haven't gotten to take full advantage of that feature yet. I look forward to trying it out on the next trip I take. The Buds 2 Pro have been great and I look forward to having them for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds for talking and music. Fully charged and they start to die in just a little over 2 hours while listening to music. Also they start to move and not sit right when starting to sweat. When trying to readjust them in my ear I always end up touching the sensor to pause music or hang up phone. If I'm not outside sweating they say put in my ears. Talking seams to work real well. The other party can hear you clear as day even though you are in a store or restaurant.

the good - the surround sound (gave 3 star just because of this feature otherwise maybe 2) - is comfortable even when used continuously for 4 1/2 hours (i was sitting in one place all through, so no clue if used when one is doing some physical activity such as run/jog or is on the move) the bad - at times makes noise when hair moves ever so slightly. -when anc is inactive this pair can be used for a little over 4 1/2 hours with volume set around 30%. -from 10% to 1% the battery drains in about a couple of minutes. - from 1% to completely discharge it takes about 8 minutes. -priced way too high for its performance.

The buds work great but not being able to use find my for the charging case or buds(while they are in the charging case) is a huge letdown. I misplaced my buds along inside the case and had no way to make the buds ring. It would be great to add this feature

My favorite feature is the color. It's my favorite, I also love how they fit snug in my ear. I'm loving my new headphones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from an older model of galaxy buds, I could say that this is definitely an upgrade. From the noise canceling feature to the matte feel of the case, which avoids it slipping out of my pocket. I still use this the same way I used my older galaxy buds. For music, calls and meetings. Sound is crisp and people can hear clearly hear me when I talk. Sometimes too cmear that they hear even the slightest sound I make. Like my steps while going down the stairs. The only drawdown for me is that the case feels bigger or bulkier, because of the square shape. Also, now that I have been using it for months, there are times when the music will be on and off while playing - could be just a software fix. Just like before, I also just use one at a time, especially if I will be on it for a long period of time. This way I still have a soare when one bud rans out of battery.
