[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are very good at noise cancelling, even with things such as loud machines, as I have tested with my own experience. The sound is clear, and overall very good. The customizable app makes it even better because it has some pretty specific things you can set to your liking which as someone who likes flexibility, is amazing. The case itself is pretty good quality, and has a nice design, as do the buds themselves. The buds are comfortable in the ear, and stay in for a good while, and that also depends on ear size of course. The battery life is excellent, lasts a long time on a charge and they charge fast in the case. Now, I have had like one issue that I should include of course. For me personally, they cut out here and there while using them, but I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra, so it could just be they don't work well together I'm not sure. It has been like this for about a month, which has been pretty disappointing, I have owned them for about 6 months or more. And I can't resolve the issue. But other than this, they have been pretty good and I'd give them and easy 8-10.

The three sizes they sent do not work for my ears. The sound is great, the features are great they just fall out easily even without shaving my head. I wish they had smaller rear pads so they would stay in. I can't use them so they sit on my shelf.

I keep the case in my pocket all day and I forget it's even there. The buds charge up quick using the case and they hold a great charge. If you are in the market for new buds you should definitely give these a shot. You will be surprised.

Even after so much use, they still work really well. The battery life is good enough for my needs, I can use them on and off most of the day and charge them over night for the next day. I never leave home without them, with every penny I spent to get them.

The Galaxy AI makes live transalting a really cool feature that I use often. The only problem is that the buds don't fit in my ears super well and they make it hard to run or other activities that requires a lot of movement.

However I'm surprised about all the features of the earbuds 2 pro, sound EQ is great considering the size and with many convinient presets, hardly find something better within same price. All the audio features available ANC, Ambient voice detection makes it already a high tech device in the market but the synergy and easy usage and configuration of controls makes it a no brainer, adding the find my earbuds feature one of the highest water protection rate and the comfort even when working out makes it an everyday, every situation companion. Battery is great I haven't had it for long time to say battery life remains great but I have drop them few times (accidentally) and no damage at all.

Samsung finally did the right thing and brought back the matte soft rubber exterior on the buds and case that the original Galaxy Buds had. It is one of the things I loved the most about the og Galaxy Buds and is reason enough to upgrade to these. It's one of those small touches that are actually a really smart idea and greatly improve the product. It is more classy and high end feeling and looking, less flashy, more comfortable and a lot less slippery to hang on to compared to the hard glossy plastic they've been using since the Galaxy Buds Plus. I hope Samsung never goes back to the cheap looking hard glossy plastic. The only negative I would say is that the case REALLY needs the same water protection rating as the buds. Having to use a bulky and frankly ugly water proof case to make them safe in the rain or survive a drop into the sink while not in your ear is silly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these on the train to block out excessive noise and the are great but it was a bit of trial and error to find out which of the tips work best for my ear and they still get lose sometimes. Other than that they are fantastic! I love how I can mute an entire train or bus and focus on my breathing like I'm alone on the couch!
