They do not hurt your ear after extended wear and they came in a favorite color the soft purple. I can ask AI to look up information for me as well. I love these headphones and I wish I would have purchased them sooner.

The best features of these buds is the noise cancelling and ambient sounds. I love how when I'm listening to my music or watching my movies, the noise cancelling makes me feel very immersive and I can concentrate on it. Plus, when I get incoming phone calls, it automatically switches to ambient sound so I can be aware of the sounds around me. Also, when I first started using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I noticed there is a Earbud Fit Test. This particular feature is what helped me with finding the correct earbud size to use for my ears. These earbuds are perfection!

The sound clarity and ease of use along side supported apps makes this my go to earbuds with my Fold5. EQs are easily accessible and adjustable on the fly, the touch function on the earbuds work flawlessly, and the 360 spacial feature is one of my favorite thing to experience. With Samsung Galaxy AI, the earbuds paired with my Fold5 can translate the conversation on the fly as well as translating conversation to English for me to understand on the go. It feels good to be able to experience such a feature that you could only think of in Sci Fi movie and I am looking forward to see what else Samsung plans for the future!

Touch controls, noise cancellation, long battery life, built in microphone... these have everything I need. Having a live translated conversation with Galaxy AI while walking around hands free is a futuristic experience, indicating and mapping out the future of mobile technology.

Love that you can test the sound quality and make sure you have the best size muff on there for your ears, etc. Lastly, i absolutely love how well i can hear the music out of these! Only issue is it would be nice if they were able to ring loudly if lost, whether or not they are in their charging case or not. Too many times, I have misplaced them or the wife "put them where they should be" and I could not find them right away.

Two things that can improve, one they fall out my ears and two outside codes deteriorate really fast. I had to returned it and get another one. The buds pro coating is more durable. But overall I love this device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned almost every set of buds in the family. From the original buds, plus, live, pro, and now the pro2. These address the complaints I had with the earlier models. They fit nicely in my ear and create a good seal that I was missing from my older buds and buds plus. But added the great anc of the lives and pros. There isn't a lot samsung could do to improve these. My only complaint is that I wish they were a bit louder. The anc works well enough I rarely hear much going on around me which is great. They're doing their part. But just because I can't hear anything else doesn't mean I don't want my media to be quiet. Sometimes I want them to bang, and they just don't.
