[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have pretty much every pair of Samsung wireless earbuds. I have small ears, so it is hard to find one that fits and doesn't fall out. I LOVE the previous version of galaxy buds, so I was excited to try the new version, but these didn't fit my ears at all, and sadly I had to send them back. I still think they sounded great and I would still recommend them to others who maybe have bigger ears.

What I like the most is that I can have both the Left and Right on at the same time, with noise cancellation active since it is not an impediment, due to the voice detection feature. Since what this feature does is that once it detects that I am speaking, the ambient sound function is activated. allowing me to have fluid conversations without the need of removing the headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sound amazing, and get decently loud. Fit pretty good, not as good as the original Buds Pro, but no complaints on fitment. Wish the ambient sound could be adjusted like the probably Buds Pros could, It's my one caviot with these is that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxi AI I absolutely love my Samsung ear buds. They are noise deadening, which allows for greater sound. I am happy with the battery life and how they fit in my ears. The durability is phenomenal, despite dropping them multiple times they keep working as good as when I first purchased them. The Bluetooth is strong, I can nearly walk all around my house without losing connection.

They're really comfortable and the durability is good. They fit perfectly in my ears and don't fall off when I'm running. Would recommend it!

The Galaxy Buds2 Pro have changed my mind..its about quality not popularity.. and these are of the highest quality on the market in my opinion. How they feel in your ear the sound and audio that experience I wouldn't buy any other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds 2 pro have amazing sound quality and is great for media especially when you pair them with a galaxy tablet. The ANC is decent and ambient sound is super nice to have have turn on automatically when you start taking.

I paid a bit more over that credit, and all the while I thought to myself, I really do not need these. They will arrive, they will be a pain like the last time I purchased buds, and I will throw them aside because they are so difficult to use. WRONG!!!! These are absolutely FABULOUS!!! I cannot believe how easy they are to use, and how much I enjoy using them. There is no suffering to connect to any device I have like my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone, but also my non-Samsung laptop and tablet. They are comfortable, and the sound is awesome. They have a correct fit tester which really helps to make sure they are in your ears correctly. You can have noise-cancelling or ambient noise. I have tried both, and they both work very well. I am so happy I ordered them that when I use them, I feel like a giddy teenager. Trust me, I am not. ;) I highly recommend these, and I am so happy they come in different colors. I purchased the violet to match my violet phone. What fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these when they first came out, and wish I would have returned them - they hurt! I've had every buds version minus the original "Pro's", and I've dealt with discomfort during the first few days almost every time, but these actually cut the inside of my ears. The "wind screen" on the inside is constantly scratching against my inner ear causing scraping and scabbing. Sound quality is there, but the comfort is not!
