The sound is good. The ergonomics not so much. Even though both earbuds appear to have micro LEDs (?), the charging case has only one on the inside and one on the outside. When putting the earbuds in the case to charge, it is unclear if both have connected or if one or the other has not! With only one exterior LED, the charge level is unclear. 
Battery life and Bluetooth range are not the best and not as good as much cheaper earbuds. 
The shape of the ear buds is comfortable but it is impossible to handle them when inserting without activating the touch surface. Does it matter? I'm not sure. 
They feel like they might fall out and with only one set of soft ear inserts you have no other fitment choices. At this price point I would expect several earpieces for optimal fit. 
When listening and changing sound sources (switching to different videos or changing songs) sometimes they don't activate simultaneously with a fraction of a second difference between them. 
While the case is a good size, it is almost impossible to find the front by feel alone and I find myself constantly trying to open the case from the wrong end. 
The active noise reduction appears to work well, but controlling it without the app maybe challenging. I wanted to use these while flying but with no trips planned the return window would have closed. 
I expected better at this price point and returned them.

good sound - bad ergonomics

No complaints.  A very good product. Does exactly what is described in the specs
