It plays every song on my Amazon music app combinded with my Galaxy S21 wonderfully that it kinda makes me not wanna go back to my wired setup. Also has been quite durable despite the um... Cosmetic damage on the case lol. Wearing them while writing this review actually, nice while watching/listening to Youtube videos. There are a few complaints, the obvious one being battery. But it's not a huge complaint despite being obvious since I only really need to charge them two to three times a day. Also whenever I try to rest my head on my pillow after a long day of work while wearing them it sort of glitches. Despite that though I've had a wonderful time using them regardless. Would reccomend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has near seamless transition between multiple devices . It has great audio quality, active noise canceling and voice detect quality. I like the touch features for controlling volume and audio/video pause and incoming calls. The device switches back to last source after the call is ended. The app is stable and full of customizable features. If anything, I would like to go further from the source, but I believe that is a limit of the bluetooth technology and the obstructions and not the devices. The battery is very good and having the ability to charge from the pod without plugging the device into an outlet is helpful on long flights. When they get low, I put one in the pod and charge it, while still listening using the other one, then swap them out to continue use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are overall a really good earphones and fit and sound nice. Only issue I have with them is that the audio shifts around and no update has been able to resolve the issue. I use them daily for the gym, errands, and when traveling.

The Noise cancelling is effective and it has a feature when detects small noises around you amplifies making you aware of the surroundings. For me is an important feature specially if you have a toddler at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds while exercising and with just one popped in while the kids watch their TV shows on the big TV. The pro version allows me to dip between my phone, tablet, and TV for quick connection which is nice. They are comfortable to wear and offer decent noise canceling and bass. If I was able to design the next generation of these buds I would make the battery in the case a higher capacity; I would integrate a Samsung Smart tag in the case itself (I have a smart tag literally glued to my earphone case) and I would have the ability make the ear buds chirp if I lost one under the couch.

The addition of AI has made life easier by enhancing the features that were already available as well as some new ones.

High quality sound, touch controls are easy to use, the ambient sound feature is really nice when in busy settings. The case stays charged for 2-3 days with regular use. The app is easy to navigate and the extra features and equalizer are really neat too. Overall would recommend these to friends and family!

These buds deliver on every promise they make and then some. The comfort is superb, the audio quality is spectacular, the convenience is unreal, the battery is head and shoulders and above the competition, and the noise cancelation is second only to buds which lack supremely in the other metrics. How Samsung managed to push the limits on every single metric is beyond my understanding. I have ZERO complaints regarding these buds and I would be hard pressed to find slight issues with them. An actual masterpiece of engineering.

I use them for streaming music while listening to some of my favorite songs and finding many of my new favorites. I use them while walking to get bite for lunch as well as at night to watch videos on YouTube while my wife is sleeping as to not disturb her. My galaxy buds 2 pro are an essential part of my everyday life and are never out of reach when I want to have quality sound while navigating through the world around me. The active noise canceling and ambient sound toggle make easy to get the exact experience your looking for. There's no other choice when you want a genuis view into sound.
