They have made it so easy for me to use at work and home, basically anywhere and everywhere I go. I don't leave ho.e without them ever. Best purchase I ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds2 Pro everyday for work and with winter it's made the day go so much quicker with snowblowing and being outside. The battery lasts a couple days and enjoy the wireless charging. The only downside is the buds sometimes recognize my wet hat as a touching them and the case didn't keep up as well with the actual buds in terms of wear signs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my earbuds too to replace my broken ones and ever since I purchased these earbuds these are nothing less than amazing I work in a noisy environment and that noise cancellation is beyond expectations with the easy controls to control the Airbus to even get to my AI to look for certain things is really easy and simple to look up things and to research stuff on the internet I'm glad I made this purchase of my bud 2 pros they sound amazing and and the music comes clear and crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds2 pro work amazingly well on several of my devices including windows devices, my Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra, and a Lenovo Android tablet. Samsung has made native applications available for all platforms, unlike Apple and the functionality is the same across the operating systems. This makes the exceptional hardware and sound quality so much better to use and to configure for each device. Sound quality including range, Soundstage and base are exceptional for such small buds. Battery life is generally really good and when the case us fully charged you can get well over a full day of listening with noise canceling on. The find my device feature has gotten better but still isn't as seamless as it could be. The fit and size of each ear bud is a little awkward at first and if you are not careful putting them in it can impact the noise canceling and sound quality.

They fit my ear perfectly, and are comfortable to the point I forget I have them in sometimes. The sound quality and depth of sound are very good, especially when I'm gaming. The controls took a little bit of repetition to memorize but really enjoy the active noise canceling versus the ambient sound ability. Great when flying on planes to cancel out the added noises using the noise canceling setting. The battery life is good and recharging is very easy. I appreciate the rubberized case so it does slip out of my hands when trying to get the buds in or out.

My only problems are the new gestures for each and it did not include different ear insert sizes so it feels like it wants to fall out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds! They make everything sound nice and crisp almost whenever I use them. The only miniscule flaw for me is that I drop them often but I blame that more on myself than the case/earbuds itself. Other than that, it took my ears a little bit to adapt to the earphones sound in the bass boost frequency. I grew to enjoy it a lot. It's like a better version of the Buds2s. That's my favorite part about these Buds. They improve on those earbuds in everyday. This include the material, sound, and especially how it fits inside the ear. As a person with pretty big ears, they still feel great to me because of what the ear tip is made out of. They feel the best when both are on but even just one on feels great. I'm even wearing them while making this review. In all, I love these earbuds so much. They will always be one of my favorites. They have so many positives like the ones I mentioned and the ones I didn't, like the touch controls, mobility, and use with other devices including PCs. I still wish Noise Cancelling and the Ambient Mode could be used on other devices to some extent but even if not it's fine. They sound just as fantastic without those features. Anyways, thank you Samsung for this amazing product you have made.

the good - the surround sound (gave 3 star just because of this feature otherwise maybe 2) - is comfortable even when used continuously for 4 1/2 hours (i was sitting in one place all through, so no clue if used when one is doing some physical activity such as run/jog or is on the move) the bad - at times makes noise when hair moves ever so slightly. -when anc is inactive this pair can be used for a little over 4 1/2 hours with volume set around 30%. -from 10% to 1% the battery drains in about a couple of minutes. - from 1% to completely discharge it takes about 8 minutes. -priced way too high for its performance.
