[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds are great, they sound good, they feel good, the noise canceling is good, and the ambient sound is good. The only issue I have with them, which is relatively minor, is that the case they come in scratches really easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a design it is not too bad but as a fit it's not the best if you are an active person the buds fall off too easy from your ears and you have to constantly keep adjusting them, another thing is if you loose the case its no so easy to find it on the find me up but over all I love how small they are and they don't take too much space.

I was really looking forward to my new Buds2 Pro to replace my previous Samsung buds, but I am so disappointed. While the sound quality and noise canceling are very good, I cannot get the Buds to fit comfortably, and they routinely fall out of my ears. I have tried all the different tips and completed the fit test through the app numerous times, but they are simply slightly too bulky for my ear, apparently. At this point, they are unusable, which is disappointing, as I have had countless Samsung mobile and household products for a long time with good results.

The Active Noise Cancelation has always been great, though it seems that over the last 2 years, it's not as good as it used to be. The sound quality is still fantastic, and due to the regular updates to the software, I experience zero bugs when using these. They are a comfortable fit, so much so that I sometimes forget I'm wearing them. I've never had a better set of earbuds, and cannot say enough good things.

These fit so well and rarely fall out with great sound. The touch features nice so that I can control my music without having to take out my phone!

I'm flying and even before I have anything playing, the noise cancellation kicks in and I don't even hear the plane engines anymore. No unwanted noises interrupting my sound.
