[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PROS: After a month experience, I like sound quality of Buds2 Pro. Ears are more comfortable compared to Buds Live (I have both). The ANC is impressive and blocks out noise in the work environmnet pretty well. CONS: Hard to control sound by double tap function. Need to be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds almost on a daily basis. Between work, commuting, and the gym, these buds are my essential items. They sit comfortably in my ear, so having them in for hours at a time is not a deal breaker. I love the noise cancelation feature the most. It really makes me immerse in whatever it is I'm listening to. It has a cool feature that reduces your audio when it catches you talking, as to make in person conversation just as easy without removing them. On a full battery charge, my buds can play up to 4 hours, nonstop. It's also great that you can charge them either wireless or through USB type C. When options are low, I just place them on top of my phone and charge it then. Overall, love the earbuds. I had already tried the first edition and the second is just better.

I have come to love this buds option from Samsung. The closest I've phone to a clean line level output with no excessive bass boost and no overwhelming highs. If you can afford the extra $ for these...you wont be disappointed!

Truly stands apart from other brands from the quality and the noise reduction is just out of this world! I love the feature it has where you can start talking anytime and the earbuds will make it easier for you to hear a conversation going on, then when your done talking- it just goes right back to my audio book! There are tons of ways for total customization, you really do make it one with your ears lol. I can't wait for the next best upgrade you guys bring out !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good. Noise cancellation is good! I've been using them for 6-7 months now. I see no trouble yet. Do clean your buds once in a while. Make sure you've inserted your buds correctly before judging the noise cancellation. Galaxy AI is good too! It recognizes just our voice and while on call it removes the other noise. I've been waiting for this feature for a long time and it's finally here and awesome!

I love the ability to swap between noise canceling levels. They are also very secure in the ears when fitted with the right tips. Even when doing work. I'd highly recommend.

They've been washed, twice, while in my past pants' pockets during laundry and experienced no drawbacks. I've also left them out in the rain with no problems arising. The galaxy ai works great with coordinating speech commands to my mobile device as well.
