[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled to report that the Galaxy Buds Pro2 have met and exceeded my expectations for the past two years. Their exceptional bass capabilities have made them an indispensable part of my daily routine, further solidifying their status as an outstanding product.

The sound quality is good on these when you're listening to music and the noise canceling is pretty good. However I would not recommend this product. The reason being, the microphone is terrible at picking up your voice on a phone call so you have to shout. And most importantly, in order to figure out how to use these you have to read a 54-page getting started manual. Took me about 45 minutes to get through the whole thing. Unfortunately because the way the manuals laid out, you have to read the whole thing in order to know how to use your buds. I wish Samsung had an appreciation for conciseness and ease of use. These are headphones, it shouldn't take an hour to learn how to use them. If so they've been over engineered. And this is coming from an engineer. The only reason I bought these is cuz my phone no longer has a headphone jack. So like I imagine most people, I just needed a way to listen to my phone through headphones. Didn't want to make this science project. I'm very tech savvy but there's nothing intuitive about the operation of these headphones. You actually do have to read 54 pages in order to understand how to to do the basic stuff, like connect them, listen to music, and make phone calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used these for audio books, deep base dance tracks, and 360° Dolby movies. These are by far the best fit and sound of any of the Samsung buds. I love how Samsung really does detailed engineering and review of customer needs. Extraordinary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds mostly around the house and yard work but they are only ones that I can go the bed with. The noise canceling is top tier, getting rid of the AC fan when it pops on. The best feature of all the lack of ear fatigue during long plays.

It has very good noise cancelation and it ms design fits into my ear very comfortably. It is very durable for I drooped it few times but without any damage. I love the purple color of it and it pairs great with my galaxy phone. When I answer phone with it, I hear no static nor any kind of echo or resounding sound. Clear sound and the other party has no issue conversing with me. The volume control is easy and it charges quickly.
