[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the older, original Galaxy Budd from 2019. Although those were amazing, their age started to catch up on them in terms of battery life, so I decided to upgrade to a newer model. I opted for the Buds2 Pro model and the difference was clear as day. The sound was sharper, and easier to hear more details in songs. The battery can last me throughout the day at work, so that's a great plus. The noise cancelling was a huge improvement as well. With my older ones, you coul still hear a good amount of noise from outside, but with these, it cuts off almost all sounds except for really loud ones such as a train approaching. Only downsides I can say with the Buds2 Pro is they usually have delay to connect to my phone when I take one out of their case compared to my old ones where it was almost instant, but it's not a big deal to me. The case they come in also has a sort of soft finish to them that scratches very easily when stored in one's pocket. I recommend these if you're looking for an upgrade, or just simply want something nice.

The sound is superb and great app. The ambient sound is great and noise cancelling is ok. The only thing I wish they had is music stop when taking earbuds off ear and a manual equalizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds 8-10 hrs a day for calls and entertainment. The ambient sound feature is what I enjoy the most being able to be aware of my surroundings while taking a call and walking across the street is very valuable to me. The form factor is also a plus I don't have something hanging out of my ears but I have something that fits almost perfect inside of them. The volume is great I'm not worried about hearing damage but they're loud enough to enjoy any type of music. Overall I give them a 9/10 just because they don't fit my ears perfectly but they're not at risk of falling out either. Great job Samsung.

The sound quality is great and the touch controls work great. You do have to be careful on which size plugs you choose. It comes pre-installed with the large installed. the other two size are in a small tube box in the package. Medium was my size and ordered replacement 6 pair package of medium only online. For walking they are great not so much while do any movement exercise. Sound quality is great on calls. You do have to unpair it from each device before using on another. But I only use it for my Samsung Phone, TV, and Computer.

I bought these in December and I use them every day at work and to listen to music. I'm an hvac tech and it makes work great to keeps hands free while getting and giving tech support. Also not to mention driving and calls, or for long trips and days. The music to keep those long days manageable. I love them. Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones fit comfortably and stay in my ears well, even over long periods. The fact I can wear them while mowing and still hear the muis over the mower with the noise canceling feature is awesome. They are very touch sensitive though so if you try to adjust them in your ear you could inadvertently change the song, etc. The pros outweigh this so I am adapting to how to move them without interference.

Movies and video games sound wonderful through them. I am really impressed by the battery life on these little guys. One charge will last me a week and I am a heavy user of them. It's incredible how these buds do not compare to any other buds. Wonderful product!

The sounds quality is what you'd expect for a high end audio device. The features of Samsung ear buds make use seemless and easy. Perfect for everyday use.

I was slightly hesitant to upgrade but my battery wasn't lasting a full day. It was a great decision to upgrade. I love my new buds, they are comfortable and stay put. The sound is fabulous, and the noise cancelling feature really works.

The ambient sound has to be my favorite feature. I love how you can turn on the feature to lower the volume of the head phones when you start speaking. And the fit inside my ear is perfect! Had some discomfort with the last series but that seems to be fixed! All around great buds!!!!
