Galaxy AI involvement and customization allow me to enjoy my day to day use of these buds. I don't leave the house without them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly the finish on the earbuds give you courge to use them all over because they are not slippery to hold on to or put in your ears. While on the ears the fitment is A1 its snug and stays in your ear while being comfortable for long periods. I do like that you can do a fitment test with them to assure your placement is right. While having them in i utilize the ambiant noise mode heavily, being that i work around people it. It allows me to be able to hear the people around me and listen to my music at the same time. Also while watching a video the focus 360 is a mind blower because i can turn my head and the sound acts as if its still coming from my phone in either direction. Last but not least is the noise cancelation for when i want a undesturbed listen. I would 100% recomend these Galaxy Buds 2 Pro to anyone looking for a new set.

I have gone thru 2 pairs because always 1 bud tends to sound distorted. I have always gotten Samsung ear buds but just find it difficult to fit the comfortably

My phone calls are crystal clear, and they make my games sound so real, it's like I'm actually in the game! Even on a rainy day, they still sounded incredible, as if they were brand new. Overall, these Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are my favorite buds Samsung has released yet!

I get all the high end sound with awesome bass and everything in between. Easy to use, fun to look at and sound quality canylt be matched. The best earbuds I've had so far. Keep up the great work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best noise canceling buds I've ever used. They have great sound quality and if they're starting to sound a little off, a quick clean with some alcohol does the trick to restore them. I only have two complaints! The first being how fast the battery diminishes. It is significantly better than the Buds Live was though so I'm sure it'll only get better with time. When I first got them, I could use one bud for almost 9 hours before needing to switch and it only needed to be plugged in every few days. Now, each bud lasts about four hours and I have to charge the case every other day. The next complaint was actually a major selling point. The soft coating of the case! I love the way that stuff feels and looks! Unfortunately, it does not last long. The coating comes off with normal wear and tear and it no longer looks matte. It looks beat up. That being said, I am still completely satisfied with my Buds2Pro! I'll definitely be choosing Samsung for all of my device needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the bus 2 pro feel nice, I feel as though they are weaker to previous models. The noise canceling feature does not work that well. The ANC does dampen some of a the noise, but unfortunately you can still hear quite a bit of it like a plane's rumble or fan noises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds 2 Pro for phone calls, video conferencing, music, and videos, at home and when travelling. They are pretty slick and simple to use, automatically pairing to my S23 Ultra when removed from the case and magnetically slotting into the correct position in the charging case when done. They are minimally intrusive, perfect for walks with my dog around the neighborhood. That said, there are a couple negatives: Active Noise Cancellation does not compare to headphones at the same price point, especially for long flights. In addition, the microphone pass through does not work properly, and my wife says that I speak very loudly when I have these in my ears. Both of these issues are managable and are not deal-breakers. All in all, the Buds2 Pro are worthwhile traveling companions and I will look forward to taking them on future adventures with my spouse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easily these ear buds symc to the phone. The quality is great. My only problem is it doesn't allow you to answer the phone with them. You need your phone. I wish galaxy had an AI voice that let's you know who is calling and allows you to answer or deny the call.
