I play music with alot of bass. The sound on the right earbud has become degraded. This is my 2nd pair of buds2 pro with the same problem. My sound on my 1st pair of buds2 pro completely degraded in the right earbud, so I contacted Samsung Support and they sent me a new pair of buds2 pro. Now I have the same problem after 2 months of using the 2nd pair. the sound in the right ear is becoming degraded. It sounds like I only have the left earbud in. It's not earwax, water, or dirt. My earbuds are clean. This is a technical defect in the buds2 pro. I also had the same problem with the buds pro. The way they make these, the sound goes out in the right earbud after 2 months of use. Now I have to contact support again for a new pair. This is ridiculous. I will not buy the next version. Sick of Samsung making defective products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's earbuds no matter what model have always been the best I have owned the bud s Plus the pros and now the pro tools these are the graphite color The fit is amazing and now in this model in the app there is a feature where it will tell you if you have a proper fit or not The sound is amazing for a higher and earbud The price isn't crazy like others are The price is definitely worth it I will never own another brand of earbuds again at least for now technology is always changing I mean before The pro 2's were released there was rumors that they were going to take your pulse and temperature or one of the two and that didn't come up I would have liked to seen that happen but maybe the next model will there are plenty of other brands out there that do have those features but Samsung always tends to keep up with the newest technology just know if you're looking at buying a new pair earbuds and you haven't owned a pair of Samsung once you own a pair you won't be disappointed and you will continue to buy them

Bought this at the end of September. Upgraded from an older Bud. As of this review, I've had these Buds2 Pro for about 3.5 months. I love the convenience of charging in the case and the Ambient Sound monitor. I have other ear buds that don't offer Ambient Sound. I prefer the ability to monitor ambient sound for safety. The audio quality on the Buds2 Pro are great with nice highs and deep bass. I've gone running with them. Occasionally, I will need to twist them on a little bit to keep a nice snug fit. The case is a different story. Samsung uses some matte plastic that has a rubbery feel to it. The plastic coating on the top half of the case is different from the bottom half and has start to degrade. It has started to become tacky and sticky like some old rubbery plastic that been around for years. The bottom half still feels matte and smooth like it was when new. Wished they didn't use this awful material. 3.5 months of use and the case feel horrible and looks horrible.

I also love the ambient sound mode, which is great when you want to listen to your music but also need to be aware of your surroundings. My only complaint is that the buds seem to get clogged with wax rather easily.

To begin with I'm already hard of hearing especially in my left ear, they seem to help me hear better which amazed me right away.the only thing I think can be improved at least in my case is the volume that they output....to my ears they need to be a little louder...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the earbuds pro2 for about 2 years now and I will say that the most frustrating feature is its earbud finder when lost. Every time I dropped the earbuds in grass, it seemed to be lost in an abyss. I tried using the ring feature and it's a chirping sound. Good luck finding your earbuds when there are birds outside chirping as well. Also no matter if I heard it, it was still absolutely impossible to find. This has happened to me 3 times making me replace the lost earbud. Otherwise, the product is great. The battery lasts most of my shift and it's very comfortable. The sound quality is superb, as well. I truly can't go anywhere without them.

I wear them quite often and don't normally have any problems with them but lately I've had some trouble with them staying in my ears. I don't know if I'm just not putting them in properly at times or what but they do seem to work themselves out/loose. But overall no problems.

Music is clear and I can the various parts of a song. Bass hits when it is needed. Active noise canceling leaves me at peace when I use it. Battery life is amazing. Even when it gets low the recharge rate of the case is quick and I don't have to wait long to continue using them. I have never had them completely run out of battery. Call quality is great. I never get complaints on how I sound when in calls. Touch controls help me navigate the buds without taking out my phone. Haven't had an issue since I got them almost a year ago. Definitely a great pair buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds do a good job of staying in your ear and sounding good. I'm no audio connoisseur, but they have great quality and good equipment settings. However the real nice thing about these buds is their battery life. I find that in the flow of day to day use I never feel like I charge the earbuds until I push it too long and they finally die on me. But seriously I can't recall the last time I charged them because I do it so infrequently. Obviously if you have them in all day they die faster but for someone who really only pops them in to break the quiet or take a call, they feel immortal.
