[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded in my buds + for these and I love all the features but only one side has a proper fit. The left side is loose. I have tried changing the tips and refitting but nothing. The left side feels as if they are falling out constantly

Sound quality : excellent Noise cancelation : Good, still hear a little background noise. Ambient noise : Poor, I have trouble hearing people talk. Comfort : Poor, I tried all the 3 different inserts and after about a half hour my ears hurt a little. The big inserts are the most comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these..just right away the fit is adjustable and snug. I use mine at work as earplugs during the day for jet engine and prop blade noise. Noise canceling works great, not perfect but very good. Sound quality when listening to music or podcasts make me feel as if I'm live at concert. Again love them

I've tried most other big name brands, but these are the best. The clarity is outstanding. The battery life is great. The bass is perfect! They are so easy to use and integrate with my Samsung phone. It has noise canceling features, or if you want to listen to your surroundings it has ambient sound features where you can listen yo your music loud but also listen to all your surroundings, or you can just have it regualar, it has options! We all love options. The Buds also have removable rubber attachments which are really easy to clean and it prevents the actual bud from getting ear wax in it which is also great, lots of buds have the problem of getting ear wax stuck on the actual bud but no need to worry about that with these . The buds also have a find my earbuds feature just in case you ever misplace them youll know the location. Or if you lose 1 bud you have an option for it to make a loud noise. I highly recommend these earbuds! Ive had many different brand earbuds a f none compare to the quality of the buds2 pro!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Galaxy Buds2 Pro for about every day activity. Whether it be listen to music,making a phone call, voice to text for sms. They pretty much cover it all. The music sound amazing either with or without noise canceling or ambient sound, crystal clear sound deep rich full sounding bass. The range is rather decent it's self, I could be outside working with my phone near by indoors and still have a constant connection. But the battery life is what really sells me sometimes depending on how active I use my phone the ear buds out last my phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these earbuds for approximately a year and I can say these are the best earbuds for noise cancelation, quality sound, and features. The only complaint is the sensor for in-ear detection. The first six months it was perfect but as time pressed on I found that issue more and more prominent. Not to mention connectivity issues even when I'm right next to the phone. I do my best to keep my electronics at their cleanest and never drop them so I'm not sure what the issue is. Overall great but definitely some noticeable defects after an extended period of time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds for everything! Walking around, at the gym, lounging at home. Everything. However, while I love them, they haven't quite lived up to expectations. The sounds is alright at best, the transparency/ambient sound mode is grainy and not the best sounding, and they're painful for me to wear for extended periods of time. The noise canceling is wonderful and very effective, but it's hard to use when my buds constantly want to fall out, even after trying all the different tip sizes. I'll be a die-hard samsung customer for the rest of my days, but the buds2 pro haven't been my most worthwhile purchase I'm afraid.

Anything from conference calls with my job, to talking on the phone so I can be hands free, to going to the gym, or just riding the bus and listening to music. The head tracking and noise canceling are the best in any earbuds I've ever used. The only issue I have with them is that the rubber coating over the last year has started to peel on them, it doesn't cause any functional issues, it just makes them a bit visually unappealing.
