I am able to keep my hands free . The sounds is great . I also really like the noise canceling . As someone who is always loosing things it's very nice to be able to see them in my app when I misplace them .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started with the Galaxy Buds Plus, I love those buds like foreal love them. I used to carry them wherever I go until, I try the Galaxy Buds2 Pro. I'm telling i didn't know what was missing in the Buds Plus until I try this new Buds2 Pro. How can I start, well the sound are the 3x better than the plus. How the bass go through your ears, how the Waves move in and out. Also the ANC is the feature that really make me buy this product. Is so awesome how with this tiny but effect buds you can close yourself around your favorite music or podcast. Not to mention how easy and fast is to connect them to your phone and Laptop. That's some reason why I love the Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

Music sounds great with good bass response. They fit very well and don't fall out, even with a motorcycle helmet on. Thank you for a great product!

The noise cancelation is excellent for someone like me who works in distribution and is constantly inside of loud retailers. The compact and small size is great for carrying these buds around in my pocket and pulling them out whenever they are needed! The multiple touch functions enable me to keep my phone in my pocket while still keeping control of what I'm listening to, and give me the ability to use my phone's voice assitant to control my phone all with just a touch! The controls are also customizable so you can make the buds work for you. The shape of the buds themselves fit perfectly in your ear and are a lot more comfortable than the "P" shape of most buds on the market. All-in-all, the Buds Pro 2 have everything a person could ask for from a pair of earphones, and at a great price compared to their competition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned almost every set of buds in the family. From the original buds, plus, live, pro, and now the pro2. These address the complaints I had with the earlier models. They fit nicely in my ear and create a good seal that I was missing from my older buds and buds plus. But added the great anc of the lives and pros. There isn't a lot samsung could do to improve these. My only complaint is that I wish they were a bit louder. The anc works well enough I rarely hear much going on around me which is great. They're doing their part. But just because I can't hear anything else doesn't mean I don't want my media to be quiet. Sometimes I want them to bang, and they just don't.

The connect really well to all of my devices (i.e. game consoles, laptop, phone and tv) without any real issues. The sound quality is better than the previous model and the microphone focuses on my voice instead of background noise.

With the Dynamic EQ setting, the bass is more punchy and gives a lot of clarity. The only thing to complain about this earbuds is the touch control. I always accidentally pause the music or turn on the ANC mode when I’m just trying to adjust the fit.

What could be better? To have a "sport version" or one with better ear support because, I had to replace the right side two times. But overall, I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2, for my birthday hoping they'd be my new go-to for tunes and calls. But I wasn't super impressed Let's talk fit first. I thought these buds would be comfy for hours, but after about an hour, my ears were sore. The design might look cool, but it's not so great for long wear. Then there's the volume. Even at max, they just don't pump out the sound like I expected. It's frustrating not being able to blast my music or hear my movies properly. On the plus side, the sound itself is okay. It's clear enough, and the bass is alright, but without the volume, it's kinda disappointing. Battery life is decent, though. They'll last a good while on a single charge, and the fast charging is handy for quick top-ups. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 2 didn't live up to the hype for me. Between the uncomfortable fit and disappointing volume. If you're looking for earbuds that are loud. These unfortunately aren't them.
