[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reqlly wanted to love these but it was just not the case. These buds had the same bids as it predecessor. The biggest issue is that the buds design prevent them from comfortably staying in your ears no matter which soft tips you use. The second is the accidental touch feature does not stay on. If Ive enable block touches and an earbud has begun coming out of me ear and I touch it to readjust or place back in the ear, the touch has reactivated itself resulting in the music changing or the call being disconnected. I can sincerely say that I took a loss in purchasing these to only have to sell them for less than I purchased them for. Serious design flaw

Anything that requires sound not involving someone in my home essentially lol. Great sound quality in my opinion, good features including find my buds or whatever it's called (I lose mine a lot, always find them though), very long battery. Love them.

They are comfortable, fit securely (I work construction), and I am overall very satisfied with the purchase. They are loud, which is something I really enjoy. The sound they deliver, along with the large variety of features make them an excellent choice, especially if you have a samsung phone. I am concerned about the coating, it seems to be degrading and is now tacky to the touch. The trade off I suppose is that they now have even better friction grip in my ear and I rarely worry about them falling out. They have had some connection issues as well but just growing pains I think. Even with these minor issues, I would happily buy them again.

I found these to be quite uncomfortable and difficult to use. One of them fell off while I was at the gym, and I had to keep adjusting them throughout my workout. I would appreciate it if you could consider designing a version that provides better support for the ear.

The can adapt for what ever use you may have. I recommend these to anyone who wants a good quality bud. It's a must have.

I do clean my buds often but I find the volume to decrease after some time of usage. I prefer to use Samsung products, I just wish they last longer.

The buds weight a little bit more than I would like and it's a bit too bulky. Doesn't stay in your ears when running or moving quickly i think its partially due to the weight and partially due to the design which does not have any hold to your ears themselves
