They've been washed, twice, while in my past pants' pockets during laundry and experienced no drawbacks. I've also left them out in the rain with no problems arising. The galaxy ai works great with coordinating speech commands to my mobile device as well.

I use the ear buds primarily for listening to music and phone calls and the sound quality is amazing. I also really like the find my ear buds feature. The only issue I have is a big one: the earbuds are constantly falling out of my ears. I tried changing the size of the rubber piece and no luck. I am constantly having to press them back into my ear causing me to press the button, sometimes hanging up on people if I'm on the phone with them or pausing the music that I am listening to.

This can be stressful when the noises from the city can be overwhelming and even distracting. I've had numerous experiences with noise cancelation, but these are the winners, and it hugs perfectly in my ears. I don't need to constantly remove my headphones either when instead I can change them in ambient version when I need to talk.

I love to use the noise canceling function when working in a crowded area. As well as the ambient sount function when I want to listen to music but have a conversation with others. Overall the sound quality is very good and they have never fallen out of my ears even when working out. The only problem I have is that with the double tap corner feature, to change the volume doesn't work well with working out because it will recognize moving around allot as a double tap. Another thing I with these buds had is more customizability in the widgets, app and, equalizer. 9/10

With Samsung's newest noise canceling technology, you can enjoy your musics and movies in a totally noise-free environment. And using it wheth the 360 degree head tracking feature on, truly gives you a immersive and vivid sound experience. It's like you brought what you see and hear to life. Lots of noise canceling buds in the market have comfortable problems. Because of the shape and pressure of the buds. But galaxy buds 2 pro have none of those problems at all. The of a kind shape makes them fit right into your ears and would never fall out. They are super comfortable to wear and are also sweat and water proof. So don't worry about wearing them when you want to work out at the gym. The specially designed pressure vent of the buds have awesome on reducing pressure in your air. Making them super comfortable to wear. Lastly, it's sound. Well, there's nothing much to say about them. They're just too good. I like to wear them for fun, quick answers, and to silence the loud noises around me when I work from home. The sound is super clear and the buds have fast reaction time. Touch controls are easy to understand and use. I even recommended my anti-tech mother to use these because she sometimes has issues hearing. Well, no hearing aid needed! I occasionally have issues with the others not hearing me clearly when I'm using the buds for a phone call. I still have to have my phone close so the mic can pick up my voice. That is a bit of an irritant.
