Only issue is it would be nice if they were able to ring loudly if lost, whether or not they are in their charging case or not. Too many times, I have misplaced them or the wife "put them where they should be" and I could not find them right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in a loud manufacturing plant making parts from metal, so the acrive noise canceling is a hudge plus. Also with the background noise function if anyone come to me i can still hear them and my music with the loud noises coving up voices.

I like that it allows me to tap on them and change the song, answer a call or pause my music. I use mine at the gym as well. I enjoy the sound quality while working out. I so not have to listen to the sounds around me in the gym. I really was excited about the fact that I can locate them if i misplace them. I also like using them to search the web when i am in my phone by using the AI feature. It allows me to use my phone quickly. Overall I have enjoyed my earbuds and would like to try the probuds 3. Thank you for making a great product as always.

With movement, they do not want to stay in my ears. Otherwise the battery life is great and the colors is nice. "Galaxy AI" is nice and works with as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the highest quality earbuds I've ever used. The noise cancelation feature is my favorite thing about these and it actually does cancel out background noise. I can focus on the task I'm working on and block out any unnecessary distractions. The ability to tap the side of the ear bud to control the volume, pause/play, and skip songs is another one of my favorite and most used features. I'm so glad they came with different sets of interchangeable ear inserts so they fit inside my smaller ears. I will continue to upgrade to the next versions of these earbuds.

Efforless transition, solid soun quality, effective Noice cancelation and decent fit / comfort. I'd like to see some design improvements with wide range of colors on option.

I love being able to switch between hearing ambient noise around me noise-canceling. The buds fit good and have a good battery life as well I'm so satisfied with my Samsung ear buds and I always recommend them to my friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want sure that they would fit well and/or be comfortable to wear., but I was so pleasantly surprised. They're great and the noise canceling feature works amazing. The 360 audio is really cool too. I've of my favorite features is the voice detection when you're listening to music. When someone speaks or even you yourself, the volume is automatically lowered so you can hear and speak to someone. A short time after no voices are detected anymore, they automatically resume at the original volume. The only negative I have so far is that sometimes the left ear bud will have a static feedback that plays for no apparent reason. From what I could find, it's a common issue. Wish samsung would address the issue. They will warranty them but there are no service centers within 4 hours of me. This is frustrating as they want me to send it in (yes, only send the left ear bud in. Other than that issue, I love these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my earbuds for when I'm at the gym. The noise canceling feature is by far my favorite. I tend to forget I'm not there by myself. It is very good if you want to stay focused on what you're listening too. I also live the volume range that comes with the earbuds.
