The active noise cancelling is good. But the ambient sound is decent, not as good as airpod pro2. The touch sensor is not very accurate.

Great sounds and bass to listen to music and podcasts. Only complaint is that I wish the earbuds tips were made out of a stronger material. They feel cheap and thin. Definitely excited to start using Galaxy AI to help me with daily routines or tasks.

The feature where you touch the earbud to pause instead of having to go on your phone is beyond the most useful feature. They also have active noise cancelation or ambient sound, both features that are a blessing to block out any noise or to feel get into the groove of what you're listening too. They even have voice detection, where when turned on, when you speak, your earbuds will automatically lower the volume so you can speak and hear people better. When I have my earbuds on but I can't be on my phone, the earbuds telling me what kind of notification I have is so reliable. Then I won't have to worry about missing any messages with those notifications on. I find it shocking that you can actually change how you hear the audio with the equalizer. It goes from normal, bass boost, soft, dynamic, clear, and treble boost. If you're used to listening to your music in a certain way, this feature is like a gift from the heavens itself. I couldn't envision myself without these earbuds because that's how often I'm using them! Without a doubt, my go to for anything I'm doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds every single day and I'm not exaggerating about this. I have barely any complaints about the product. They work excellent, fit remarkably in my ears and pair seamlessly with my Galaxy. I love the sound and really enjoy my experience with it. The Buds app is great. Touch controls are fairly reliable. Now being nitpicky but I don't like how the touch controls can be extra sensitive (they activate if you lay on your side or if you brush them accidentally) and that there is no way to turn touch controls off using just the earbuds. You have to go into the Buds app which is fine, I have the widget which works, but just a minor inconvenience. The case is also somewhat sensitive to scratches --- if you put it in your pockets with keys expect to see scratches. Overall stellar product that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this ear buds almost everyday for calls, conference listening to music, watching videos and music bud for some reason it will not stay on and keeps falling so I have to keep pushing it in my ear no matter what size I use. That being said I still like it. I am satisfied with the sound quality specially when I am using it for work.

Initially, I had some issues with the noise cancellation doing some weird stuff but that has been remedied with updates. The sound itself is great, the 360 degree sound is an awesome feature. The sound quality on calls is a bit tinny from what I can tell but it does a great job at cancelling ambient noises around me so the caller can hear me clearly. These could use some better tips to fit in the ear but they stay put okay. My biggest issue right now is the case. It worked great for the first couple of months but the battery life, after only a little over 4 months, has dropped off significantly. Additionally, the wireless charging has stopped working altogether. I've tried submitting a claim but keep getting an error when I get to the final page to submit and it says to call customer support. I may update this with a higher rating if I can get this resolved but it shouldn't have these issues in such a short period of time. None of the previous models had this issue.

The biggest problem I have is that they fall out of my ears easily. I've tried other adapters for my ears and none seem to work well. Disappointed in how they fit.

The only complaint I have on this phone is the battery life. But other than that the simplicity, elegance, size, and popularity with this phone is second to none.
